Purchased work top edging, this was not in stock but was informed when it would arrive. Everything was as described with no chasing. The edging was also perfect.

I needed some brass cable outlets for a desk. From finding the website, to calling to verify, to ordering on-line, to receiving them in the mail was 39 hours. Excellent service and great quality goods. Site bookmarked for future use. Don't look elsewhere!

Looking for some work top edging for a 1980s kitchen was proving impossible until I found Top Class on the internet. I was told it wasn't made anymore.
Dealing with them was a pleasure from start to finish. I couldn't believe that they found an exact match for me.

I run a small carpentry firm mostly dealing in a labour only basis. Occasionally though we will supply materials. In the past I have used builder’s merchants that are part of larger groups (Travis Perkins, Jewson’s etc.) This time I used the internet and came across Top Class Carpentry. I can honestly say that from start to finish it was a pleasure. They picked up on some ironmongery items I had mistakenly ordered in a different finish emailed me to make sure and amended the order accordingly. The quality and cost of all materials was very good and their customer service throughout was impeccable. I will be using them in the future and would strongly recommend them to others.

I live in the USA. Some time ago when I was visting England I bought a heavy brass sliding door lock but on returning home, found that I needed another one. After much searching on the Internet I found Top Class Carpentry. There on their excellent and most comprehensive web site, I found just what I was looking for. However, it made no mention of shipping items to the USA, so I called them. Immediately it was apparent that nothing was too much trouble and that they were very willing to help me and would be pleased to take my order and send it to me. So I paid by my US credit card and received an email the next morning to say that my slide bolt had been shipped. It arrived about 10 days later and was exactly what I wanted. Top Class Carpentry really wants to serve and their staff certainly are top class! I have been most impressed and commend them to anyone who is looking to do business with them.

I used Top Class Carpentry to purchase some worktops at very short notice. I ordered them on a Tuesday morning and advised that I needed them ASAP. Julie checked stock of the worktops I ordered within an hour of my order and by mid afternoon she called me to advise my worktops would be with me the following day.

I had also ordered some worktop ends and bolts which I needed for my kitchen fitter to fit the worktops. They were being dispatched seperately but hadn't arrived by Friday. I spoke to Julie early on Friday and asked if she could get them dispatched for me on next day delivery, she checked this out and managed to get them organised for me to arrive by midday. The items all arrived around 8:30 and everything was sorted.

Throughout my dealings with Top Class Carpentry I can honestly say I was dealt with exactly as I would of liked. The service was impecible and I can't praise them enough. If you are looking for a professional company that understands Customer Service then look no further.

Also having searched the internet looking at worktops for hours on end I visted lots of websites looking for worktops; Top Class Carpentry's website is head and shoulders above the rest. The information you require is all there in great detail, everything you need to be able to order all the items you could think of for a worktop are all noted and the site is easy to navigate.

The price for the worktops I wanted wasn't the cheapest I found while searching the net, however they weren't far from the cheapest and I think given the quality service they provided the little additional money I paid was definitely worth it.

Top Class Carpentry really do live up to their name and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting worktops!

I purchased two lengths of worktop and the required accessories. The sales person was friendly and informative. The process was not seamless in that the delivery was late and the worktop was damaged. Having initially faced resistance when trying to resolve this with the company I eventually spoke with the Operations Manager. Thankfully she empathised with my situation and then promptly went about resolving all of my issues.

As a result I can conclude this is a good company who, for various reasons, made a mistake. The willingness displayed by the Operations Manager to resolve the issues I had indicates to me that their reputation is important to them - normally a good sign.

I would do business with them again in the future.

I must admit that what first attracted me to this firm was the great price on the worktop which I needed to complete my new kitchen ... but what really blew me away was the great service!
I fount the web site very easy to navigate ( no mean feat for a "lay person" at both DIY and computers!) and also phoned up with a trivial query which was handled with friendly efficiency.
Finally I placed my order online and the desired worktop was delivered promptly, at a time to suit me. This should of course seem an unremarkable feat. However to me, having had several frustrating setbacks whilst trying to source reasonably priced kitchen components, this was actually a great satisfaction!
I would have no hesitation in recommending Topclasscarpentry to anyone, and shall certainly be ordering from them again myself.

Excellent service from Julie, the item I had ordered was coming from another company to Topclasscarpentry and was delayed time and time again during which time Julie kept me informed and offered me the choice of cancelling the order or waiting, it then arrived damaged and once again I was kept informed by Julie. I cannot hesitate to recommend this company and will myself be using it again. Good old fashioned courtesy and politeness.

How pleasant and gratifying to be treated with efficiency and courtesy by what is clearly a first class company. My association with topclasscarpentry was instigated by 'accident' whilst browsing the Net, but I am more than glad I made contact The service provided puts most other suppliers (in my experience) to shame, and the courtesy, helpfulness and efficiency I encountered was fantastic. Accordingly it is my intention to continue business with topclasscarpentry regarding the many remaining refurbishments required to the home I have just moved into. This company is the best company I have dealt with for years! Their service is absolutely wonderful. My order from them was damaged in transit but they immediately sent a replacement and followed up my queries straight away. They went above and beyond what I have come to expect from anyone nowadays. I purchase two redwood FL&B external utility doors for our garage and utility room. I was contacted promptly to confirm order and delivery date. The doors arrived on time & undamaged. I was most surprised by both the quality of the wood and the construction, they both were "top class", far superior than what I could source locally. I now wish I'd have purchase our internal doors from TopClassCarpentry rather than our local superstore!

I ordered a fire rated door from them. It was at a good price and the delivery was within the stated time They took the trouble to check the door before sending it to me - to ensure it was in top condition. I was telephoned to be advised of the delivery and the delivery was made as expected.

Door is fantastic, service is indeed "topclass".

Like all the rest of the great feedback shown, my review title says it all. Had bit of trouble receiving the item I asked for from the supplier but Lee from Topclasscarpentry made it his point to keep me updated and apologize if any inconvenience was being caused. Not that there was any inconvenience, but if there was, then the customer service alone would have made up for it.
I'd have no hesitation to use or recommend this company to anyone else considering buying from.

Sometimes price is not the most important reason to use a company especially on the internet.
Good old fashioned customer service is hard to find these days.
In Karl & Julie at Topclasscarpentry that is what i got.
I had problems with the quality of the Showerwall panels they supplied, not their fault but a manufacturing fault.
Topclasscarpentry lived up to their name & more. Truly Top Class unlike Showerwall who had the money & showed no interest in the customer.
Topclasscarpentry kept me informed as to the progress they were making. Called me on the day & time they said & showed genuine interest in their customers welfare.
This is one company that I would not hesitate to use again or recommend to others.

Items received quickly but one was faulty (manufacturer's fault). Replacement part sent immediately without any hassle at all and swiftly followed up to make sure all was well. A genuine pleasure to do business with.

What fantastic service!

I needed a new worktop for builders who were onsite. Topclass carpentry delivered in less than 24 hours!
So nice to find a company with great customer service.

I needed a new fire door. Although the website said delivery 2-14 days, Topclass were able to find one at one of their stockists and get it delivered the next day.

I needed a replacement hinge for an in-cabinet fitted fridge/freezer. Topclasscarpentry were nothing short of top class. They were spot on with the part that I needed, it arrived within 2 days and it fitted exactly; I didn't even need to fiddle with the adjuster screws.
