Absolutely first class service from mitch and Simon lovely delivery drivers took all my furniture up stairs for me which i really appreciated. thank you so much 😄

I am only commenting on the delivery, as I haven't unpacked the bed yet! Rob & Tony were great, really efficient and even gave me advice on assembling the bed! They did turn up a shade too early - 0635 ( expected at 0700) but that's better than waiting all day for a delivery that never comes!

I would recommend the company to my friends and family. The oak bar stools design was just what I wanted. They are good quality.

I have to say Andy the driver and his mate were extremely polite, efficient and courteous, they were perfect.

Easy to order and we were kept informed about delivery. When the delivery team were near us they rang to give us an ETA. Second time of buying from Tops furniture and would not hesitate to buy again and would definitely recommend them.

Cai & Scott delivered our items, both great guys, very helpful and placed the items exactly where we needed them. Delivery was bang on when they said they would be with us and in full. Great comms all the way and a perfect delivery experience, many thanks, highly recommend.

Website pictures very accurate to the delivered product. Communication very good and company are easy to speak to with no automated messages just a good old fashioned phone number to call !! I placed an order for bedroom furniture online. All very easy. There was a lead time for delivery and I mentioned that I had holiday plans. The company were very accommodating and my delivery was arranged to suit me. Very early delivery this morning by two very efficient, friendly and polite delivery guys Rob and Caí who placed our boxes in the bedroom. Cannot fault the service of this company from start to finish. I am very pleased with my new bedroom furniture which completes the refurb of that room.

Had a few hiccups to start with, but these were rectified very quickly. There isn't any quibble to rectify faults. I bought 2 separate lots of furniture and very pleased with both. They were delivered on time and promptly. Delivery drivers very pleasant, nothing too much trouble.

Seen this furniture on the web site which looked fantastic and just what we were after we decided to take a trip to there warehouse and was not disappointed the furniture is absolutely lovely and now we have it in our bungalow it looks even better the staff were friendly and very helpful we would highly recommend Top Furniture the service is fantastic and was very well packaged and the delivery was just what you would expectfirst class in all a great experience and looked forward tobuying more items from those supplier

Hi we ordered furniture off the web site one also spoke to a representative of the company they were very helpful and also gave me a bit more discount as I ordered several items
Got a delivery date then a text yesterday saying the delivery will be with me at 6.30 am this morning but actually Simon and Tony the delivery men turned up at 6.15am and somehow they were wide awake, not like us! They brought in the parcels with great care for the goods and our property

Fantastic service from start to finish! Communication was excellent throughout, keeping us updated every step of the way. The delivery was smooth, well organised and completely hassle-free.

Rob and Cai delivered our furniture and were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly, professional and took great care bringing in eight large items, making sure everything arrived safely and was placed where we wanted it.

Ordered easily online. Matt and Simon were early but that was not a problem, both cheery and helpful. Respected that neighbours were still in bed. Made sure my decorations were not harmed when bringing in the table. The table is lovely. Just the job. We have a few items from this company and none have disappointed. We had an excellent experience from beginning to end when ordering our new 1.8m extendable to 2.3m Oak Provence Table with six Linchfield Dark Brown Solid Oak chairs. The customer service, from our initial visit to the Top Furniture warehouse/showroom to the prompt email exchanges regarding our preorder and delivery, was exceptional and met all our expectations as customers. The deliver men Tom and Matt were great, they were delayed due to van problems but they more than made up for it when they arrived. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They unpacked the furniture and took away the packaging.
