Excellent Service!!

Quick response, friendly service and got me from A to B which is all I can ask for. If you are looking for an airport transfer I highly recommend and will certainly be using again in the future

Fabulous night out from start to finish- started off with a champagne pick up to our restaurant - and added bonus a wee tour around town which was lovely. Picked up and brought home - felt safe and would def recommend for all celebrations or infact for a treat on a night out! Love love the service and will be back again for the extra special service ! Thank you ! Xx

Honestly very poor service
They send me very dirty car not even wash all fingerprints on the windows from outside and inside Old and dirty limos and very cheap drink
And the driver was very rude he was out of fuel and he’s was looking for petrol
On my wedding day I was very disappointed front of my guest

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY LIED ABOUT BEING AT THE WRONG ADDRESS BEFORE PROMISING TO RETURN OUR DEPOSIT AND TO PAY FOR ANOTHER CAR. THEY THEN LEFT ME, A FRIEND AND 4 LITTLE GIRLS, AT MIDNIGHT, IN LONDON WITH NO TRANSPORT HOME! NOW NOT REPLYING TO CALLS OR MESSAGES! Also uses topmanlimos.com

Haven seen previous negative ratings I was worried, but Topman Limo delivered and i was not disappointed. The chauffeur was a right gentle man and highly professional. There was constant communication to keep me relaxed and at ease with wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely first class limo service thank you so much. Darren was an absolute gent professional and fun and made it the best nights transport to my hen party and back I’ve ever had.
Thinking of surprising my husband to be with a limo to take him and his groomsmen too and from our wedding venue so will be in touch and requesting to have Darren again

I had my wedding car from these guys...6 weeks before the wedding i had to change the address ...all confirmed and paid for but on the day car was sent to wrong address leaving me as a distressed bride on the pavement!!!!...and still trying to get them to respond to mycomplaint.....go somewhere else if you can

Cannot fault the service , booked a Lincoln town limo, but to our surprise a Hummer arrived. Well happy with that.
Would recommend. 10/10

Excellent service driver got stuck in traffic but kept me updated so not to worry really nice guy

Really enjoyed our ride and had an amazing time with the ladies in the limo.

The car arrived early and I did panic a bit thinking we were running late but that wasn’t the case. He was very patient with us waiting for us and helping with the little ones In Their car seats. Very polite and professional.

The driver was very accommodating and polite and kept us informed at all times would deffo recommend to others

1 star is too much for the disgusting service we received!
Limo was dirty & run down & driver was NOT a chauffeur. He got the limo stuck on a bridge causing great delay and then they didn’t even collect us leaving us stranded 250 miles away from home - ruined my hen do.
Customer service was disgusting and this company should not be able to continue to run!
Complaint was dealt with poorly and didn’t even receive full refund!
STAY AWAY!
