Wasted time and money. There was a refund owe to me, I signed document for refund and its now a month they ghosted me. Don’t work with this company for your amazon store as they take long to get products in your store.

Title: I Paid Over $85,000 by March and Am Still Waiting for My Money

I began making payments to Topselectedbrand in February 2026 and completed all nine invoices by March. In total, my company paid $85,162.68. Nearly six months later, I am still fighting to recover the money owed to my business.

After accounting for inventory and all applicable credits, my records show that $66,430.93 in principal should be refunded. With the additional 3% fee, the total due is $68,985.81.

The only inventory ever sent to my store arrived in June, and even that happened only after I repeatedly begged him to take action. He had previously told me that my inventory would begin shipping in March. March came and nothing happened. April came and nothing happened. May came and nothing happened. I had to continue pleading with him until June before anything was finally sent, and the shipment did not arrive until late June, nearly July.

After that, nothing else was sent. No inventory went out in July, August, or September. Despite paying more than $85,000 by March, my store received only one shipment, and only after months of delays and repeated requests.

I formally requested the return of my money on September 2 and provided a clear deadline of September 4. That deadline passed without repayment and without a complete, documented accounting showing where my money went.

This is not a small subscription or a minor inconvenience. This is nearly $69,000 of my business’s hard-earned money. The delays, lack of transparency, failure to provide the promised inventory, and stress of having to chase such a substantial amount have been completely unacceptable.

I would not recommend trusting this company with your money. Please protect yourself, demand complete documentation, and think very carefully before doing business with them.

Don't waste your time or money on this subscription. They never deliver the products or ungate as they promise, and getting your inventory money back takes forever. They'll also make you sign an NDA about the whole situation before they refund you. Save yourself the hassle — money like this is too hard-earned to gamble on this company.
