Thanks for the feedback Karen. We have taken on board yours and others feedback in relation to the printed resources and are putting together our own resources so we don't have to use a third party for them, which is where the cost is derived from. I'll pass on your feedback to Sue.

Great trainer with great resources
Great trainer with great resources. Moodle is easy to use and provides clear steps for assessments.
Support was always given quickly.
Would recommend studying with this RTO

Have done my traineeship through these guys while on the job, had one of the best trainers to come and visit me monthly to see how I am going with the units I was working on - she was absolutely awesome.

Instruction staff were well versed in…
Instruction staff were well versed in their respective subjects & experience. Actively encourage the class to provide their own experiences & what they detected in their workplaces prior to attending the course to share with everyone. Made for very enjoyable discussion's. Online resources were readily available & student handbook was well laid out & easy to read.
Not the old boring ways of instruction where everything was structured & formal. Very relaxed atmosphere & more importantly encouraging for the students where everyone's opinions/experiences where respected by all.
Have never been a big fan of competency based training (must be my age) however, I did enjoy the interaction with both staff & students.

Delivery of the course was not very…
Delivery of the course was not very efficient and not very interactive.
Delivery of certificate after has taken way to long as well and I'm still waiting for it.
Course delivery could involve more theory and practical such as role playing or scenario solving.

We are actively reviewing the Health and Safety Representatives course so your feedback on improvements to the delivery are most welcome and have been added to our review.
We certainly don't like to keep people waiting for certificates once completed. I have reviewed and your certificate was emailed on 20/03/2019, which is significantly outside our normal delivery times. We have reviewed what happened and are working on an improvement to avoid this happening again.
You should have receievd your emailed certificate by now, however if not please contact us at office@totalmantra.com.au or on 07 4051 6357.

Best Training Organisation - best staff, best trainers!
All the staff have been very helpful. I have received the best and most efficient support with any questions and issues I had! I will definitely recommend this training organisation and am looking forward to completing more studies with them!
