Really happy with the service from TotalSat. Wasn’t sure if what I was ordering (Sky Q wireless booster) would work but felt confident with the website description and reviews to give it a go. The item came really quickly with good instructions and the offer of assistance if needed. The product worked perfectly and it was cheaper than on other sites. Very happy all round.

Very quick and efficient service from Fransat to get me the device. Very responsive on the telephone at my first enquiry and the text message to tell me it would be a couple of days to delivery was a nice touch. The decoder was plug-and-play and worked straight out of the box. It would get 5 stars if there was some manual explaining how to use the recording function and the hard drive, which I ordered, in truth, against their recommendation.

Excellent customer service. I had some issue with formatting the hard drive. I got quick individual support. New equipment was sent straight away. One number to ring and one person providing help. A refreshing change from the modern trend of being passed from post to post. What was a problem to start with turned into a nice shopping experience.

Bought the product after a consultation about its capabilties over the phone. After purchase it was delivered within two working days. The product worked straight out of the box, plug and play. It does exactly what I needed and has a whole host of other useful features which I did not have with my previous system. Great company, great products, great service, highly recommended.
