Do not bother, no returns

I ordered a bag before Christmas only to recieve a different style for work. I asked to return it for a refund and due to their policy they do not offer refund or exchanges unless the item is damaged.
Do not buy from this company, they are not helpful despite their Facebook advert and communication is few and far between.

March 2025 Order – No Delivery, No Refund

In March 2025, I purchased items from Tote Lux UK. The order was never delivered, and no refund has been issued. The company shifts responsibility to UPS, but as a customer I paid Tote Lux UK, and they are responsible for ensuring delivery or refunding the payment.
I am no longer interested in receiving the items — I am still waiting for my refund.

Delayed dispatch out with maximum…

Delayed dispatch out with maximum timescales. Difficulty receiving responses to emails. No phone number. Over all, bags are nice for the money but it’s painful if you need to contact them about anything. No one takes the problem and sees it through. Nice bags but don’t be in a hurry or need them fast.

In love with these bags!

I’m genuinely in love with these bags! Starting with outstanding service, to very quick delivery and amazing quality of the bag. I have purchased a Milan Black bag as every girl dreams of owning a bag like that.. when it arrived I was so happy with the quality and overall appearance of the bag. Genuine quality and standout style – truly impressed!

I rarely leave reviews, but Totes Luxe UK genuinely deserves it. I ordered a handbag from the Chelsea collection earlier this year, and I was blown away by the craftsmanship and attention to detail. The material feels luxurious without being heavy, and the design is both elegant and functional – I’ve had so many compliments already!

What I appreciated most was the customer service. I had a small query about shipping, and they responded quickly and kindly, which made me feel valued as a customer. It’s clear that this isn’t just a business – it’s a brand that truly cares about people and presentation.

I’m genuinely sad to hear they’re closing this chapter, but grateful I got to own a piece of it. If you’re thinking about trying Totes Luxe – don’t hesitate. Their bags are more than accessories; they’re statements.

Disappointed with Customer Service…

Disappointed with Customer Service After a Good First Experience

I ordered a bag a few months ago. Although the delivery was quite slow, I was happy with the quality of the bag and even recommended the brand to friends and family.

A month ago, I placed another order for two bags—but only one arrived. Since then, I’ve sent several emails and have only received automated responses. No one has followed up, and I still haven’t received the second bag.

Unfortunately, customer service has been very poor this time. I don’t like leaving a 1-star review, but I’m left with no other option. To make things worse, the missing bag was meant to be a birthday gift for my sister—and her birthday is just around the corner.

I really hope this can be resolved soon.

Is one avoid at all costs!more than it deserves

Is one more than it deserves! The bags are not leather customer service is appalling. The only reason I kept the bag was that it took forever to arrive so had not chance of returning as I needed it for an occasion and it colour matched. Interestingly looks like company has ceased trading as has had same message on website for a month. Wonder what its new name will be! Buyers beware.

We were a little surprised by your review, as you’ve previously placed an order with us and even requested an exchange for a larger size of the same bag upon delivery — which we were happy to arrange. This didn’t indicate any dissatisfaction with the product at the time, so it’s disappointing to hear that you’ve since felt differently.

You did reach out to us directly regarding your concern, and we understand from your message that the reason you questioned whether the bag was real leather was because it does not have “genuine leather” physically stamped onto it. We’d like to gently clarify once more that this isn’t standard practice across the industry — many reputable brands do not emboss their products in this way. The absence of a stamp does not reflect the authenticity of the material. Our bags are made from high-quality leather, and we stand by the craftsmanship, which is also reflected in the feedback from many of our happy customers.

We’d also like to reassure you that we are still actively trading as Totes Luxe UK. We are currently running a private sale exclusively for our email subscribers, which has led to the message you saw on our website. As a subscriber yourself, you would have also received those updates.

Customer Service?

Have e mailed 3 times about a straw bag that was not fit for purpose, not cheap over £30. No acknowledgement or reply. Not the best customer service!!!

AVOID AVOID SCAMMERS

I purchased a bag and it took 29 days for it to be despatched when it finally was they posted it to the wrong address.
I have reached out and even have an image of the box left on top of the bin of another property with another number on the side.
They have done nothing and couldn’t care less!!

Amara bag is beautiful

Upon opening my delivery the first thing I noticed was the lovely smell. When I saw the bag my excitement mounted. My Amara bag in Caramel looked stunning. The bag is everything I wanted and more, it is truly beautiful. But more than the bag itself the help and advice I received from Customer Support was second to none. A huge thank you to all the staff that kept me updated on everything.

Merece la pena la espera

Compté un bolso con ellos y la verdad es que estoy muy contenta. Tardó en llegar casi un mes, pero la calidad es excelente, pienso comprar más bolsos con ellos.
La atención al cliente es fenomenal. No tardan más de 48h en responder y cuando responden no es una máquina, es definitivamente alguien tras la pantalla.
Lo dicho, lo único ¨malo¨ es que tardan en enviar las cosas, pero merece la pena la espera.

As my first time purchase from Totes Lux I am genuinely really happy with my bag. It’s really good quality and I experienced excellent customer service from the team.
