Haven't used the product but...

Their customer service was really accommodating! My heart sank when I realized I couldn't cancel my newly placed order and I had to email them. That is a sure death sentence for companies like ThredUp who do this on purpose so you are required to buy the item. However I received an email back very quickly, politely confirming they cancelled my order successfully! That is a great sign from any honest company. I will return if there is a sale!

Never again!! Horrible customer service. I placed two orders they sent one to the wrong address then wanted me to pay to have it reshipped so I refused and they refunded me minus a restocking fee for their screwup.

Prepaid ordered direct from Touchland March 31 and received product today May 12. Is it worth that? No. Fortunately for me I had ordered through Aerie & BBW for hand sanitizer as well.
Maybe if they just sold the product as they had it available. Site still says 4 to 6 weeks .. after 6 weeks I emailed company and it was shipped same day, how does that work?
Product wise ... not as drying as most and convenient.

This brand has been overly hyped during the hand sanitizer rush. They took advantage of the craze by taking tons of pre-orders that they couldn't deliver on even though they charged for them up-front. Worse, when I inquired about the long wait for shipping online, their social media team was rude and instead of apologizing they simply advised me to cancel my order. I did. I would not purchase from them again online or in-store.

I liked it, I am not a fan of hand sanitizers but this one is different. It smells so nice and leaves my hands with no sticky feeling.

I really like it, the texture and feeling after use is really nice, and the spray application is convenient. I've only tried Forrest berry scent, so I don't know about other scents.

Amazing product. Far better than any other hand sanitizer in the market. Not only it works great, but it also looks great and it lasts for a really long time given the use of a spray dispenser. Definitely recommend it.

Hand Sanitizers are a MUST, for Hygiene, health, peace of mind, safety, and also for your beloved ones. There are many different brands, but the Touchland difference is to care about their customers, hands won’t get dry and forget the sticky hands from other Sanitizers!

These are beautiful and shareable hand sanitizers. Completely changed my experience of keeping hands clean and moisturized - for me, my family and my friends!

This company is a fraud!! They will rip you off! Guys help spread the words, to help people from being ripped off by them.

Do not order from them, they will have hidden charges, even when you pay the delivery charge, they will ask you for more money after. This will make it a very Expensive item thats not worth anywhere near the price.

Customer support for this company is appalling also, dont bother getting in touch with them as they won't help you.
