Ringede mandag morgen da toilettet var gået i stykker. Tænkte at det eneste, der gav mening, var at skifte toilettet.

Søren og Harald kom forbi næste morgen og vurderede, at mit toilet sagtens kunne repareres. Så de skiftede i stedet for indmaden i cisternen, hvilket selvfølgelig var noget billigere end nyt toilet. Så herfra tak for hurtig og god hjælp.

I recently engaged with Thorsen & Petersen VVS to connect my existing Fjernvarme system to an installed floor heating system. Unfortunately, the integration has not worked as expected. The thermostat they installed does not communicate properly with the wavin controller they provided leading to issues with the floor heating’s functionality.

While the initial installation appeared fine, the system’s performance suggests that more attention to compatibility and testing was needed. I hoped that their project manager could have been more empathetical with our situation as we being expats from Asia are not knowledgable about heating installations at home. I am now stressed trying to figure out how to fix it myself

I would appreciate it if the company could take a more proactive approach in addressing this issue. I believe resolving this would reflect their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. I hope this feedback helps improve their service for future customers.

En helt igennem professionel oplevelse. Firmaet kom som lovet til tiden. De vurderede og reparerede vores vandskade, og tog kampen op med forsikringsselskabet, som ikke var meget samarbejdsvillige.

The company over-charged on working time and even charged on materials that were not used at all. So avoid using service from this company.
