Sarah Ward and Tim Fowler managed a claim for us re medical negligence and I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart for the work they did to prove I was right and lack of care shown by the hospital.
Sarah showed nothing but compassion, diligence and outstanding professionalism throughout. Nothing was too much trouble for her, making home visits when I was at my lowest after losing my husband and she took time to go through the numerous reports received from both sides. Sarah would update us on anything that occurred and advise when needed. Sarah actually met my husband as it was his claim but he passed away before it came to a conclusion so they had to start again my name.
I mostly dealt with Sarah but Tim was always there and no doubt assisted in getting the conclusion we looked for. If I rang the office I could speak to anyone and they would get either Sarah or Tim to call me back all of the team were friendly and knowledgeable.
I would recommend this company 100% The empathy and care shown to both myself and our daughter during the worse time of life was second to none and we can only thank them both and the fact it was proven that someone was a fault was all we needed.

I had a reason to use TPF Law for a matter concerning health, the person that took charge was called Sarah. Over the period that my case has been progressing Sarah has always been highly professional, knowledgeable about my case and always friendly.
When I have had the need to speak to Sarah there has never been an issue and she has kept me updated either by email or telephone.

Tim at TPF Law was both professional but also friendly and personable in handling my case. It took a long time but we had a successful result. The firms fees on my case were very reasonable. He was good at listening to my points and views on the case. Marked down a star solely as my case went on for a very long extended period of time due to a lack of communication from all parties involved in the middle of my case. Once things started moving however it did come together quite quickly.

TPF LAW were very good. Could not fault them. Sarah Was particularliy helpful. Always replied promptly. My case had gone on for a while but they chased it up as quick as they could.

Please do not use this company. That might sound like a hollow and well-worn trope, but please read on. I sustained a knee injury (torn meniscus) due to negligence regarding my housing association. I was put in touch with TPF Law via a "no win, no fee" broker. My case was handled by Mike Topper for almost three years. I was awaiting a medical after which he said he would serve notice on the housing association. I then recently received an email from someone else at the company saying Mike had left and that they would be dealing with my case. The letter they sent me said, and I quote "I have reviewed your file, and I note that we are arranging for you to see an Orthopaedic Consultant in order to get your medical evidence together. I have chased the medical agency today so hopefully we can have that sorted out soon." Fast forward to today, 2nd April and I receive an email telling me that after nearly three years of waiting for justice, that they would be dropping my case. They even tried to make it seem like they were doing me a favour by not charging me for the nearly £5,000 worth of work they say they've already done. Errr... it was "no win, no fee" so you've not relinquished that charge out of the kindness of your hearts. What a thoroughly unprofessional and frankly cruel way to treat someone. To take on a case and pursue it for three years and keep my hopes up that justice might be served, only to take that hope away. These people have no idea of the emotions that people are experiencing in these cases. I'm now left with an injury to my knee that continues to cause me pain and severe discomfort but now with no chance of holding those responsible to account. It's staggering that they reviewed my file just thirteen days ago and were proceeding with my claim but have now done a complete U-turn. It's worth noting too that NOBODY, neither the housing association or TPF Law has said "sorry" at any time throughout this case and now that TPF Law has decided to drop the case. This is the world we live in nowadays. There's no compassion or contrition from companies or organisations. You're just nothing to them and they can pick you up and drop you whenever it suits them. Justice is an illusion, fairness non-existent and humility and respect for your fellow human being just a placeholder. It doesn't exist.

Sarah looked after me throught my claim. Always available and helpful. The company was on my side throughout and got me a payout i deserved,fairly stress free. I would recommend them and definitely use them again should the need arise.
