Too Expensive service
I just got a quote for service Dc710 tester for £174 + delivery + VAT.
I can but brand new for £299.95 + VAT.
I think something went wrong with you service prices. I using your testers from the begging but I think it is time for a change now.

Hi Marek, we're sorry that you are dissatisfied with the quote you received for servicing. Our FGA servicing cost is £95 per year up until the 6th year. It then requires a major service @ £195, but then returns to £95 until the 12th year. Our servicing schedule states that any missed annual services may incur a pro-rata charge to cover additional checks/parts needed. According to our records, unfortunately your analyser was returned 10 months past the service date, hence the increased service cost. We understand that this is a frustrating situation, so please get in touch if you would like to discuss this further. TPI are my analyser if choice
TPI are my analyser if choice, I have been using them for the last 15-years, I’ve now moved onto the new DC710 analyser with smart app that I use via an iPad, I also use the smart probes, I’m so happy with the tpi kit, I use the mini gas sniffer too. Never had an issue with any tpi product, the calibration price is really fair too. I’m definitely going to be sticking with tpi and also recommending them to other gas engineers. Keep up the good work.
