After finding them through a comparison website I was weary as they were so much cheaper than other solicitors but regardless of the price I was paying they treated my case to the highest standards. I was put with Team KP and Katrina and Katie were so patient and professional, especially with my 100 emails and questions but they always replied so quick. Their reviews truly reflect the work they do and really pushed for my completion even though we were still awaiting some information from seller sols but Katrina called me on the day with any update she had and we completed in less than 4 months! Only bug bear for me was online ID check system ( I presume it's an industry standard system ) as I have no valid photo id for system added extra work but the staff were very helpful in getting id sorted

My husband and I cannot thank Katrina and Katie enough for our conveyancing experience. They are thorough, professional and clearly experienced. Any queries that we had were dealt with quickly and compassionately by Katie and Katrina. We had weekly updates regarding the progress of our file which we found really reassuring, knowing that everything was being done to chase our sellers solicitors.
