I hired Katrina Pendlebury to handle my transaction. She was positive, encouraging and supportive throughout. She and her team were efficient and kept me informed at every step. I could speak to her on the phone as and when needed without any fuss or delay. She treated me like a human being not just a customer and I felt as if she genuinely cared about me and not just the service that she was providing, but how I was being supported and kept up to date throughout. Very good Conveyancing Quote for the sale of my mother's retirement flat. I gave them the go ahead over 18 months ago (did not put up the price) and has just completed the sale today and money in my bank the same day! Used TQ Law for our home purchase, just over 19 weeks from instructing to completion, would have been 17 weeks however a problem in the chain so not TQ’s fault. We were with Team AC and honestly not one problem throughout, communication was great and mostly done via email which I prefer as everything is in writing.
A truly professional service. I would certainly use them again.
