Unreliable installation service
The person responsible for fitting the tracker to my vehicle didn’t turn up on the agreed date, without bothering to let me know or even to inform his company, which was unaware that the appointment had not been kept.
I am forced to wait another week and set aside another half-day, in the hope that this time someone will deign to keep the appointment. 16 days after the online purchase.

Randy turned up as agreed, fitted the trackstar S5 politely with care and left me with the necessary instructions.
Great old fashioned service.....rare to find these days!!

The Trackstar engineer, Rob, fitted my tracker on Thursday 15th January as previously scheduled. Rob, was punctual, messaged his ETA and duration of the job. Friendly, professional and knowledable. Treated my vehicle with respective. Overall a great job!

Great tracker fitting experience
Rob was so helpful with advising on my tracker upgrade. He was polite, friendly and responsive in arranging the tracker fitting and on arrival on the day, explained what he was doing. Very happy with the whole process and would definitely recommend Tracker Fit

Was unsure what type of tracker to get for my car spoke to them direct and they gave me a few options. They were very responsive at getting my tracker out to me next day delivery. Organised a fitting of the device at a day and time suitable to me. A reasonable price for the device and fitting. I can highly recommend this company,

Thanks so much for your great review. It’s important to have the equipment installed in quick time for most of our customers who have a deadline to meet under their insurance policy. I’m glad we managed to do that within the time frame.
in the end they did what they could.
I am rewriting my review. on the tailend on a stressfull day turns our that the tracker takes 24 hrs to be activated. That was not mentioned on the website of tracker fit. when spoken to tracker fit to get this resolved I pointed out to that manager that this all could have been avoided if he had just this vital information added to the product description.
in credit to him, he did his utmost to have this situation corrected.

Hi, i’m glad we managed to have the device installed and your vehicle protected for your insurance policy.
We have many customers UK wide that have a very short time to have a tracker fitted as they’re under pressure from their insurance company. We do our level best to facilitate this.
When we install the Tracker UK brand it can take up to 1 full working day for Tracker to update their systems and confirm that the account is up and running. After installation we leave you with a device that’s working and tracking the vehicle with the account set up on the Tracker Raptor portal. The confirmation from Tracker to say it’s been set up is simply internal admin but that’s not to say the vehicle cannot be tracked if stolen.

Have used TrackerFit before and had great service so no hesitation in using again. Immobiliser fitted and when an issue arose (not due to the installation) no hesitation in booking a free of charge service appointment afterwards to come and sort it out. Would recommend

Cant thank them enough for their honesty and not being greedy, I paid for immobiliser and tracker and when they came to fit it I already had a top spec one in the car , they only charged me for call out and to check it was in working order and kindly gave me a refund and all the information to reinstall the tag / subscription.. couldn't recommend them enough . Such kind humans

Efficient service from start to finish

tracker fitted to my Vw camper
I have Had a tracker fitted to my Vw campervan . The service from start to finish was fantastic and it has put my mind at rest knowing that this tracker from Trackerfit is worth penny for the superb added security it gives to my van

Purchased tracker 2nd April 2025
Purchased tracker 2nd April 2025, phone calls to and from until finally got an appointment for our tracker to be fitted 24th April.
Next emailing back and forth in regards to getting my registration paperwork, finally received 15th May.
Everything just takes a bit to long and it seems to be you have to get the ball rolling otherwise god knows how long you would be waiting.

Hi Karen, i’m really sorry the installation took longer than expected, it’s not usually something that takes that long. Installs are carried out typically within 3-5 business days in most areas. In this case we were quite slim on availabile engineers in your area due to holidays etc.
The process with Tracker UK products is slightly different to other companies in that we have to install the hardware then the account is set up directly with Tracker after all the vehicle details have been confirmed. Tracker can sometimes take a while to update their systems. I notice that the trailer details weren’t on the original order but that info has now been updated after device was fitted.
I’m glad the device is now up and running and your asset is now protected.
If you need any help in the future I will personally do my utmost to provide a faster turnaround for you.
