Very easy process. My phone was destroyed, didn’t turn on. I wasn’t expecting much. They sent me the box, I shipped it back. Within a few days, I got more money in my paypal then I thought.

Instructions were pretty clear, I received the packaging materials and instructions as stated. It took about 2 weeks from the day I mailed the box to when I received an email with an e-credit card for the amount I expected. That's the only thing I didn't like, I would have preferred a check or a prepaid credit or debit card that I could use anywhere. How do you buy something on line for exactly $23?
