The instructor explained and taught the material exceptionally well. He also took the time to help some of the students one on one when they were having challenges with the material. He also had us work together in small groups which was very helpful due to the different levels of exposure to trading and investing. The facility and support staff scored a five out of five throughout the week. Looking forward to taking additional classes in futures and options trading.

The instructors are very helpful,patient and have alot of knowledge. I also.like the fact that the program is designed for coarse retakes!

Staff are accommodating they always have answers to your questions.
Value for money Im not so sure about it. i could say that not all best traders are the best teachers. They maybe have all the knowledge but sometimes teaching skills needs also an effort and experience. I just felt that to be in a group who are second timers or have knowledge about trading should be segregated from first timers. And if I can suggest to be more sensitive to first timers even if they ask basic questions not letting them feel they are illiterate.

I understand that speakers or trainers and traders take pride on their achievements and I get that but professionally speaking teaching is a challenging task to take but the objective should be the students if they were able to learn something if they felt good with the knowledge they’ve gained.

I love Trading Academy and I get a lot of value from the programs/instructors. I highly recommend the programs.

This was my second time taking the Core Strategy class. I’m really happy I took it again as I was able to better grasp the concepts. Scot was a great instructor, very experienced and patient. He is excellent at explaining complex concepts and making them easier to understand.

Trading Academy’s Core Strategy focuses on identifying supply and demand zones, solid risk management, and structured trade planning. This gives newer traders a clearer framework when placing trades. The combination of in-person classes and live online sessions makes it flexible enough to fit different schedules. Ultimately, results still depend on the effort you put in.

Review:
I am giving this trading course 3 out of 5 stars. Overall, the program has valuable content, but the structure heavily favors people who have a lot of free time rather than those juggling a full-time career.

The Good:

Some of the instructors are genuinely good at explaining core concepts and helping you expand your financial horizons.

If you are retired, a homemaker, or someone who does not have a demanding day job—and you can dedicate 5 to 6 hours a day to learning—this is a solid program.

The Challenges & Areas for Improvement:

Pacing and Structure: In the regular classes, instructors tend to spend hours on their favorite slides while rushing quickly through critical key concepts.

Large Zoom Classes: With around 500 students in a Zoom session, it feels more like passively watching a video rather than an interactive class. It is very difficult to get personalized attention or ask questions.

Not Ideal for Working Professionals: Marketing materials don't clearly state the steep learning curve. If you work a stressful 10-to-12-hour job during the week, trying to keep up results in a much longer and harder learning curve. There needs to be better support, weekend classes, or dedicated teacher availability for working professionals who don't come from an equity background.

Platform & Tools: The platform itself lacks an easy-to-use search function, making it hard to find specific topics later. Additionally, the course could be vastly improved by exploring modern tools like AI screeners or scraping tools, and helping students actually develop working strategies.
