Didn't need to create an account to place an order — which is increasingly rare in this day and age. Also, my items were packed and dispatched the same day I ordered them. Packing materials were also eco-friendly. I recommend this retailer to anyone who needs shaving supplies.

I ordered a Merkur razor. Great customer service, fast delivery (<2days), no annoying emails and quality products. I couldn't find the Merkur cheaper anywhere else online.

I have been using this company for some time. However, recently I left a poor review for one of its products which wasn't posted on their website. I thought it was me so posted again and it still didn't get posted. It was only then that I realised that every review of their products was 5 stars and I realised that mine wasn't posted because it wasn't 5 stars. For this reason I no longer trust this company and won't be using them again.

Very Poor Product: I was given a shaving brush as a birthday present in August - the model was IVORY BEST BADGER SHAVING BRUSH 300. It is been shedding bristles/hairs very fast since I started using it. I have had to stop using it as my face becomes covered in bristles when I use it to apply shaving soap, which clogs up the razor and is going to block the basin drain. This is an extremely poor product.

Thanks to TraditionalShaving for providing a replacement brush in quick time. I hope this one performs properly!

We contacted the Traditional Shaving Company Friday, January 29, 2021, at 10:13 AM complaining about the product that we had ordered in November 2020. (Xmas present) In the response to my original review on 21.03.21 on Trustpilot, he says we contacted them four months after ordering. I can verify by email thread that I contacted them just over two months after ordering not four months. This is further proof that the way this company is run is dishonest and disingenuous.

I've been requested to write one for a product bought and had already reviewed it both were honest and towards a negative rating, it was a higher priced product so it's no wonder they won't put it up.

Sent goods OK, but I asked a few questions and they were poor in there responding. One of the communication was asking a question just after I placed the order and they did not respond till they had sent the goods out. I felt like they only wanted to deal with orders and not bothered or wanting to help on any questions or to add that little extra in service.

Very good company. I ordered the chrome brush and razor stand as well as some treet platinum razor blades. I was not disappointed, really good quality. It all arrived on time and with a complimentary pack of razor blades. Also check out their shaving guides.

I've used this company twice and will continue to do so. A very wide range of top quality shaving and gents' grooming products and a fast delivery service. It's a nice touch that they're really serious about recyclable and easily compostable packaging.

Worst experience ever from this company. Made an order with express shipping 1-2 days and my order never arrived, called customer support and asked them where is my order? They told me wait 14 days!!! Really that’s what they call express shipping!

So I told them give me the tracking number so I can check where it is. They replied sorry we don’t have a tracking number???? REALLY!

Called again and asked for a refund for the order that never arrived and their reply was wait till royal declares the parcel lost. So I asked the golden question how will they know the parcel got lost when you told me we don’t have any proof of postage!

I am tired of this!

I ordered an Edwin Jagger DE86 razor from this store, it was delivered very promptly and they added a few carmel/toffee sweets to the postal delivery as a pleasant surprise.

Upon order inspection, my new DE razor had a broken screw-thread, causing the head not to screw in properly. I contacted the Traditional Shaving Company via email, and provided a high-resolution image of the threading issue. Their customer support team promptly responded and noted I could send the item back to them, and they'd inspect it and replace it (as well as pay for the cost of me sending it back).

As I needed a replacement quickly and didn't want the hassle of going to the post office, I ended up buying the same exact item from Fragrance Direct with next-day delivery. I am a little bit disappointed at Edwin Jagger's quality control in this instance, but I have yet to find a better DE razor at this price range.

I cannot fault the delivery speed, customer support and product prices of the Traditional Shaving Company. I had previously purchased a Merkur Futur adjustable DE razor from them and I am very happy with that item.

I wholeheartedly recommend the Traditional Shaving Company.

I use them for all my shaving supplies and they always delivery promptly, with the nice little touch of 3 fudge sweets. Prices are always good and customer services are always very helpful.

A final result........

Having had a lengthy dispute with this company, who continued to refuse to provide a refund. I took the dispute to PayPal.
PayPal reviewed the complaint and found in my favour, providing a refund that I had asked.
I would recommend using Paypal to pay for any internet purchases, who will protect you from unscrupulous traders, who refuse to refund items returned in good faith.

Traditional Shaving Company sell good quality shaving products and I have been buying from them for quite some time. Delivery is quick and reasonable but check your stuff is in stock first. If you have a problem, I forgot to add a discount code, then they sort it out for you. You will be unlucky if you have a bad experience with the Traditional Shaving Company. Thhoroughly recommended.

I buy most of my shaving products from The Traditional Shaving Company. Their products are reasonably priced, the postage is cheap and they always deliver promptly. If you live in or around Leeds I'd also recommend popping into their store.

Quick service. Excellent website. Easy Ordering.
