I have just done First Aid course with Kevin, really enjoyed it he was very professional & explained very clearly

It was an excellent First Aid course, which Kevin Griffiths delivered superbly. I now have a better understanding of First Aid snd have the confidence to deliver First Aid.

I've just finish my first aid course with Kevin the lesson and his teaching were outstanding. He kept everything professional and understandable. A very clear example and also was very helpful.

Just finished my first aid with Kevin, I really enjoyed the course thought I learnt more on his course than I have in 3 previous first aid courses and definitely felt more confident for it and feel like I could make a difference if it came to it now and fully understood everything he showed, demonstrated and went into detail with everything I needed.

I have just finished my first aid training with kev he was a brilliant tutor and easy to learn from I felt confident and happy with my learning

Why have I not had a response from any one when iv done my training etc exams not big one with bosses this was a refreshed for me as I got thrown in deep end at a sports bar in hanley hafd to do my own security as I had no back up and door staff never help.me and you taken from government £190 and I have seen no badge in return for my work got jobs lined up ex millitary of 25 years and I was going be told about me attending another course when I know what I'm doing I speak out not drag people out by throat like some door supetvisors have attended s.i.a training and seen it with my own eyes I got assaulted in my own town by a man asked doorstep 3times to help me they ignore me went in security moan but he struck me and grabbed my arms so self defence I went in millitary moan hit him back I was the victim honest person want to go home why the heck your doorstep at tontine pub in hanley Stoke on trent no helped me I had damaged ankle at time I got jumped on by 8 police officers conscious father damaged worse ankle and all your doorstep said I was barred I then was dearrested not my fault this happened 15thmay 2024 and I'm fuming about it plus I still have not got my security badge why I'm very upset about this last person I spoke to was Tom so please I need answers please I'm not a fighter I'm out millitary I speak with my mouth and I already do self defence so this feels a disrespected for me training hard to get my badge and I don't get it please explain why at the moment I class it now as a fraudulent claim

Completed my sia course with training strategies really enjoyed the course. My sia badge is being paid this week so I can start my new job

I was struggling to submit my SIA application but I was helped out by Anthony who talked me through the application process and helped me submit it. He has said he will get by badge paid for so I can start my new job

Zoe the manager is a great asset to this company, she helped us with everything, if it wasn’t for this lovely lady we would not of passed the course , thanks zoe for all your help an support

course and tutor are brill after you have learnt everything your on your own I terms of getting an exam date and your results tutor is great can't fault kevin at all company is A JOKE AND A SHAMBLES
