Defo avoid.
We need to cancel our booked bus but no one is picking up
Seems they pester you for the deposit then ignore you. This is only a handling site and books transport within the area needed, you can do this yourself

Avoid this company at all costs. We booked a coach for stag do being very clear on the date required. Less than 2 weeks before the planned trip they confirmed they had made a mistake and recorded the wrong date. After initially saying they would sort it out they now have stated they can’t find a coach on the booked date and are refusing to return the refund.
Avoid, avoid, avoid

We had a last minute from to the racecourse and they managed to squeeze us in and cover the job.
Driver was super polite and got us there on time.
Will use their services again for sure.

Awful company, do not use. Run for the hills. They will send you a old, smelly (cigarette smoke) wet seats, falling apart minibus. Rude drivers. IMO, money grabbing!

I hired an 8 seater minibus for 7 hours for my wedding day to ferry guests to and from a train station, church and reception. Instead, we were provided a single journey at the start and end of the day. This caused much stress and inconvenience. Transport Hub showed absolutely no sign of remorse or regret, they have not apologised or shown any care. No-one answers the phone and the price we paid was double any other taxi fare.

I would definitely NOT recommend them!

We worked with Alex and they were totally brilliant. We had excellent service complex requests moving people all over the country and county for our charity. The drivers have been so supportive we couldn't have asked for a better partner to care for our participants.

The drivers were great. We had a last-minute misunderstanding which was resolved by the booking agent, Alex, despite her being on her annual leave. I hope to use their service again in the future.

Used this service to get to a wedding and from start to finish their service was excellent!
Arrived earlier to make sure we had everything and helped pack the minibus. Gave us his contact details so we could communicate throughout day to see what time we’d want picking up.
Was friendly polite and went out of his way to help.
Couldn’t recommend enough.

Bus was cancelled less than 24 hours before departure. Was told that they found out a week prior but failed to mention it. Highly recommend not using this company as trying to get hold of someone was impossible. Still have not been called back a week later. Only compensation offered was money off my next booking, safe to say I will not be using that discount.

Last minute booking for trip up to Twickenham for the Army V Navy due to the rail strikes. Alex Hart helped us with booking for a minibus for 17 of us. Excellent service very friendly and helpful. Nadine was our friendly driver turned up 15 minutes before and couldn't ask for a more friendly driver made the trip great for all 17 of us. Would recommend and would be using the service again in the near future

Emma was a great help and really easy to get in touch with. Nothing was too much of an ask, even when we changed our pickup address!

Bus driver was also extremely accommodating and friendly. Would definitely use this service again and recommend the company!

Booked a mini cab many weeks in advance of trip and paid deposit. Transport hub cancelled our booking THREE days before the event, on a bank holiday! Barely gave any sincere apology or reasoning until asked. Apparently due to vehicle faults, however any reputable companies would’ve sourced alternative solutions themselves rather than cancelling at such short notice. Then had to wait a few days to receive large deposit back. Shambles, will definitely avoid ever using this company again for personal or business. Wish I took notice of the bad reviews as they are all of similar nature, which became evidently true.

Could not have asked for a better service - everything ran so smoothly. Driver was reliable and friendly. Would most definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.
