Got best deal om cab from pkl to gurgaon when maximum agencies were clpese and were not answering calls

We recently completed a Rajasthan tour booked through TravelOcat, and the experience was better than we expected. Simran Kaur, a new agent who helped us, understood our needs perfectly and created a well-balanced itinerary that included Jaipur, Jaisalmer, and Udaipur.

The places we stayed were well-selected, providing comfort and authenticity while staying within our budget. The whole journey was surprisingly easy; there was little stress because of great arrangements and clear communication at every step.

Our flight tickets were booked in advance with convenient timings, which made the entire travel plan smooth from start to finish. What impressed us most was the consistent level of service. Simran checked in regularly and made sure our preferences were respected, whether it was about room type or the pace of sightseeing.

Her sense of responsibility and proactive approach greatly contributed to our satisfaction. TravelOcat truly delivers on their promises, and this Rajasthan trip will always be special to us.

they wont lift the calls and wont respond after taking the money from us . please dont trust and waste your money on this company

Pick and drop timings were good overall co ordination with local crew and arrangements in Singapore were good and on time. Overall good experience, Specially Ms. Mamata was helpful in co ordinating and arranging things

Very disappointing experience. I see many positive reviews, but when our trip became an operational failure, the team took no responsibility to resolve the issues. Support was good until payment was made; after that, there was no response, even after emails. We requested for a English speaking driver which being said, it will be arranged. The driver could not speak English and did not know our itinerary. Despite paying extra for a bigger vehicle, we were given a smaller one in Delhi and lost most of the day. In Agra, the booked hotel denied entry and we were shifted to a very poor hotel. The WhatsApp group created for transparency was later abandoned by the team. Not worth the money paid.

Even the complimentary meals at Agra and the camp fire booked at the shimla hotel was denied by them stating there is no such booking made from Travelocat.

The entire purpose of booking a travel package was defeated. My suggestion to others is to plan the trip on your own, you will have better control and avoid unnecessary financial and time loss. Trusting this team was a mistake on my 5 years of travel experience.

I'm writing this review after multiple emails and WhatsApp followups which resulted to leave them from the WhatsApp group without any notice or response.

We booked a 7-night Manali/Shimla/Delhi/Agra package with this agency, and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. Before payment, they made several promises and commitments, many of which turned out to be false. Once the trip started, none of the assurances were fulfilled, and they stopped responding when we needed support the most. The planning by Mr. Gurwinder and Aish was completely unprofessional, and their lack of basic customer service ethics was evident throughout. They had promised a candlelight dinner, but the topic was never even brought up during the trip. Not once did they check in to see how things were going. Their focus was only on collecting payment—nothing else.

I must specifically mention the cab driver, Ajay Singh, who made the experience even worse. He was highly uncooperative and spent most of his time on personal and business calls while driving. He repeatedly dropped us far from the actual tourist spots, choosing parking locations convenient only for him and asking us to walk or take additional taxis to reach the destinations. This defeats the whole purpose of booking a cab for sightseeing. He also took us only to the restaurants he preferred, without suggesting quality options for us. Throughout the trip, he provided no guidance, no explanations about tourist places, and didn’t even show directions properly.

Overall, this has been a deeply unpleasant experience, and I strongly advise against booking with this travel agency if you don’t want your trip ruined.

Never ever Book any package with them, Worst service ever, they never responds to us when needed after rthe payment is done.

Our group chose Travelocat for a trip we were really looking forward to, but sadly the experience was very disappointing. It felt like the agency was more focused on booking the cheapest options rather than researching suitable hotels and facilities.

We were a group of girls, and one of the hotels we were assigned was in an isolated area and almost completely empty. For obvious safety reasons, this was not ideal or reassuring at all. It didn’t feel like a thoughtful or safe choice, especially considering our group and the location.

On top of that, the itinerary was poorly planned. We had a night journey arranged, yet there was no provision for an early check-in, which made the arrival day unnecessarily stressful. When we reached out to address these issues, the responses felt evasive — there was no clear acknowledgement of the shortcomings and no meaningful action taken to help us resolve the situation.

Communicating with the assigned representative (Guruwinder) was frustrating. Instead of listening to our concerns and offering solutions, it often felt like we were met with resistance and repeated requests for payment without addressing the real issues.

Overall, our experience with Travelocat did not meet our expectations, especially after paying for their services. We felt unheard and unsupported, and it impacted our trip negatively. I hope the agency improves its customer care, planning, and attention to safety — because in its current form, I cannot recommend it.

I have visited agra and kullu manali with my wife. First of all I would like to thank the entire travelocat team for their support and arrangements. My special thanks to ms.Mahika mam who is always so supportive and kind throughout my travel. I feel difficult to communicate with the driver arranged for me, he doesn't understand english (as I don't know Hindi)but even though the driver is good. Recommend In future arrange drivers to have proper communication with the traveller and sure will suggest travelocat for my friends and family for all the trips. Thank you all

The staff is unprofessional, money-hungry, and irresponsible, with zero concern for customer safety or satisfaction. Please do not book the package if your coordinator is Mr. Gurwinder and team.

Once payment was made, Calls and messages were ignored, and there was no accountability for their poor quality of service. When we held back a small amount due to these issues, the staff resorted to rude and threatening behavior, acting more like goons than professionals.

The employees were arrogant, dismissive, and unethical.
This agency is a complete scam, run by money mongers who will trap you once payment is made. Please DO NOT TRUST THIS TRAVEL AGENCY with your money or your travel plans. If you value your safety, mental peace, and hard-earned money, stay far away.

I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by this experience.

BEWARE- they took advance and not returning money back. I have booked my travel through them (from delhi to manali), sent an advance of 10000rs and they are not responding properly, talking rudely. I have cancelled my plan through their company as i had bad experience dealing with them. If you want to go through the same then go ahead otherwise buyer beware, you will be talked to nicely initially, moment you send money, their response will change. I am trying to get my money back. They keep ignoring your calls and as i am in different city, now I have to go to hisar and file a complaint at the local level. There will be different sales people, all of them lie to your face, chetna, VIVEK, daksh kapoor, pooja all aliases of travelocat, all these people, BEWARE and AVOID at all costs.

Visiting Manali was nothing short of magical, and much of the credit goes to the wonderful assistance I received from Ms. Chetana Agarwal and our cab driver, Mr. Lalit Singh.

- Ms. Chetana Agarwal was instrumental in organizing the trip. From suggesting the best itinerary to ensuring smooth bookings, her attention to detail made the journey stress-free.
- She recommended hidden gems beyond the usual tourist spots, which gave the trip a more authentic and memorable touch.

- Mr. Lalit Singh, our cab driver, was not just a driver but a true guide. His knowledge of the winding Himalayan roads and local shortcuts ensured both safety and efficiency.
- He shared fascinating stories about the region, adding cultural depth to the scenic drive. His polite demeanor and punctuality made every ride pleasant.

I strongly recommend TralOcat for your next trip, where you get thrilling experience and assistance.

WORST EXPERIENCE with TravelOcat !
CHETANA - the sales person, commits something & dint update the same to operations team & at the end you pay extra amount bcoz they dont allow driver to drop & end the trip.
Gurwinder & Lakhwinder - from operations team, even after explaining the issue - they just keep saying "Complete the extra Payment".
The Hotel Grace BNB booked by Chetana in Delhi - such hotel doesnt even exist. Then driver stopped at some random hotel, we climbed 4 flr with kids & luggage; then I somehw figured out & checked out immediately & got into some other hotel named golden tower (not at all suitable for family with kids). This Hotel asked me to pay extra 550/- as city tax & Travelocat team was not aware of it & made me pay this !!
Chetana closed the deal with me at 43k but informed operations team as 43799/- & they forcefully made me pay this extra.

Trip went well to bali. But I paid for cake which was included in my package. Do refund idr250k asap

Great service

I had a good experience with travelocat. It was a good trip. One suggestion to the team would be to communicate important information regarding the trip in advance instead of doing it a day before the trip.

I had to cancel few places refund was delayed for a week. Driver should be communicated about route well in advance. Operator team highly helpfull and zero complain
