I contacted Travel Unravel using a telephone number saying that they were British Airways. I wanted to change my booking with BA. The person who answered took my reference number and proceeded to change the booking. I was charged double the amount they paid BA. When I called the company they eventually said it was BAs fault and they would sort it with BA . They eventually refunded some of the money but not all and have ignored my attempts to get a breakdown of the refund.

Roger was helpful with booking flights to Grenada. Communication could have been a bit better but over all happy with this experience as it was my first ever time booking a flight by myself.

I cancelled my booking as they took twice the amount of money they should off …they did agree in an email and when I spoke to them that they would give me a full refund in 3weeks chased them again as no money in my bank account. They said another week … still no money in my account …
Have tried calling and sending emails but they will not respond to me . It is now 11 weeks and still no money
Do not believe anything they tell you as they are just after your money… keep well away from them
