I Bought A Case . Hoping vll get it next year.
nothing updates looks i just loose my 39$.

I placed an order for Father's Day and I received the order but it was wrong. I emailed them 3 times and no response. Do not order from here.

This site is trash I waited 30 days for a order n didn't recieve my purchase. When I looked on the FedEx tracking information it was still in there warehouse after 30 days. Horrible response time going back n forth with no customer support. They took a week or two to get back to a simple e mail. THIS IS NOT A JOKE THIS COMPANY SUCKS

I think it's a phishing scam. Dont hit any links. No product delivered. Should have read reviews but they went under storeigo as well. I bought masks, pathetic people take advantage. Dispute with cc company.

A month ago I paid for my item and never received it. Sent them emails complaining and their responses are polite but, in essence all they say is GFY. They are crooks, be careful.

I would not give them any stars. I have been waiting for masks for 3+ weeks. I have not received any response to my inquiries! Do not do business with this site!!!!!😡

I have sent constant emails and only 1 pathetic reply. Blaming the pandemic! This company is a shambles. I have given them many chances to either call or email but nothing bac. They also had the cheek to take my hard earned money from my account so to me that is theft and fraud. So today I will be calling my solicitor and the police. No way is a company stealing from my account and getting away with it. I have never experienced customer service like this. If this has been done to anyone else fo the same as me. CALL THE POLICE. ITS THEFT AND FRAUD. TODAY IS THE LAST CHANCE THEY HAVE TO REFUND MY MONEY.

I ordered 2 (+1 free) high pressure water nozzles.
Dummy tracking number. The promised 5 days shipping, I understand shipping may be delayed due the "lockdown", delivery was due pre the lockdown. Paid for but not delivered. I am so ticked off. Badger - Aucklnd NZ

Have not received my item. Their advertisement looked very professional on facebook but they have not sent me anything. I spent 16 pounds on a face serum that makes your skin look younger. Still waiting.

I ordered the Set of 3 headrest hooks for $29.95 on 1/21/20. It took 6 weeks to be delivered from China. The product is overpriced and of inferior quality. The hook part that goes on the headrest broke on my first attempt to install. After waiting for the merchandise for several weeks, I found similar hooks on Amazon for only 14.99 and they were delivered within two days of ordering and in comparison were of far superior quality. I do not recommend buying anything from this company for those three reasons: overpriced, poor quality, and excessive delay in shipping.

Never delivered product, constant excuses, invalid tracking number given and refuse to refund money, stay away, basically scammers.

Don't purchase anything from trending deals. They say its delievered but you never get it. But you pay for it. You go back and forth and it's not there fault. Delivery service. Tried filing with the post office. Good luck with that.

Do not order anything from this company!! They do not respond to any emails and it took me 2 months for me to get my refund! Thanks to PayPal for helping me resolve my issue. It takes too much time and energy to deal with them.

I ordered the 3 pack of drons on Dec.12 hoping to get them before christmass ....45 days later still no drons and a bogus tracking that was sent to me MAJOR RIPOFF.

Same experience as most. Ordered drones in Nov. and not delivered until 28th Dec. One will not retain charge and on\off buttons very difficult to work. Absolute sham. Only wish I had read reviews before purchasing- DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

Order two toy drones before Christmas, I never got them. No explanation,nothing I try to call no answer.

I have had a long running dispute with these people made difficult by not getting any replies. Today in a fit of something or other I sent them an email which pulled no punches -without actually having to resort to 'bad language'. Well since then I have had an absolute flurry of emails promising all sorts of things including the information that my package arrived in Sydney this morning. As our prime minister would say "How good is that". Do I believe it - not at all. I now am waiting to see if I get my refund through PayPal. Good luck.

I too ordered the drones. I ordered on 11/19 and the website said i would receive in 2-3 weeks, I waited until 12/14 and they still hadnt shipped so i tried to cancel my order (of course my cc was charged on 11/19!). they told me too late that i could not cancel. I have contested the charge with my bank. They were delivered today. They told me i could send them back at my expense. I have told them that they can arrange pickup if they would like but I would not be spending more money to send back THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

I ordered 3 Drones on November 15th for my grandchildren with the promise that they would be delivered in less than 30 days. They didn't come until December 31st way after Christmas. The package was damaged, and after numerous attempts to get my money back they basically said no.

STAY AWAY they are a rip off.

If there was a star rating less than one they would get it. Don't deal with this company. Slow bad service
