This is a horrible app, they don’t reply to emails, they dint ship your orders, it’s literally just a scam. I should have read the reviews before ordering, their “reviews” ON their service is probably fake because they are all 5 stars and they are definitely not a 5 star service lol. You can’t cancel or return your orders ether, so I recommend not ordering from this scam.

Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. I placed an order in June and am still waiting, with no replies to my multiple attempts at communicating. Do not buy from this company.

This website is a piece of garbage if you wait about almost a month for package and it still doesn’t make it to your house you let them know that the postal office loses and try to ask for a refund they act like they can’t help you so to the situation that is going on with the mail and also there customer service is a piece of work and I would never in my life order from them ever again

Be careful. I purchased a "portable a/c" EZ COOL BREEZE..cause i believed what they announced on the commercial. BS!! the unit only blows a weak breeze and does not cool off AT ALL!!!! Im returning it.. hopefully I get my money back.. I'll stay connected

Don’t buy from them they are a bunch of thieves. I have been waiting for an item since May and is now a August. When you look up the tracking information it clearly states that the package never left their distribution center to be sent to me. After continuously sending emails they decided to refund $3.00 out of a $12.99 purchase. BS!!!! This company is unprofessional and stealing your money.

Soni bought a ultimate trendy smart watch. The battery only last for about 4 hours, it dosen't trackbyour steps until u turn it on to track. I emailed, they responded 3 days ago I will look in to it. Don't buy from here

Do NOT order from this website. It is a scam. I ordered something months ago and was informed my order had been despatched. It never arrived. I tried to contact the company by email on 4 separate occasions but had no reply.

This is a scam website. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I ordered. I looked at the price and deal I was getting and ordered hastily. I got an email saying my package was delivered. The email provided was probably a scam email because I hot no reply whatsoever. Please do not order from any of these trendy websites or any Chinese sites. Only bright side. It was only 30 bucks I lost. Glad it wasn't more.

Ordered a waist trainer in mid-April . After several hasty emails, I kept getting it's on the way. Then a package arrived in late July😖. The item was not as advertised😡. I wouldn't tell a dog to order anything from them. It's a based company from China. So go figure!!!

Honest no stars I ordered something in April 2020 and sent and email in June Asking where it is I haven’t heard PsOhOiPt You better bet they took my money the second the order was placed.

Ordered a shoulder support April 19th. After several inquiries a package arrived July 17th. The item was not as advertised. Poor design and construction. Further the charge was DOUBLE the advertised price plus shipping. I would advise against doing any business with this company.

I ordered something back in May 2020 & I have yet to receive the product. I’ve railed a couple of times but this last one they haven’t! The email address they respond from is salesattrendycatcher.com (I am not allowed to put an email address so the at is actually @ 😉 )
They are saying that the reason why the package is late is due to Covid...yeah right!

On June 10-20 I placed an order #3643 of a laser thermometer. After 24 days tired of waiting for the product to be shipped I decided to cancel the order on July 4 20. Today is July 24th and this Company has not answer or refund the money. They do not have a phone number and they do not respond emails.

I ordered something on March 31, 2020 and I still have not received it. It said it takes 7-12 days to receive and I still have not received it, and its been almost 3 months. I tried reaching out and I couldn't reach anybody. I emailed them and I still am waiting for a response. Please be aware before you order anything from them.
