Nicole has been coaching me and my business for almost 6 months now, and she has been an incredible resource to me and my business. We worked on building my brave in a range of areas for me, from relationships to boundaries to business to travel. Nicole is a highly skilled coach who doesn't have one set way to support you - but many different tools so that I always find a system, strategy, or framework that fits my needs, body, and brain. My bravery muscle has been growing stronger than it ever has been.

I turned to Nicole to help me navigate a major career transition when I decided to leave education. Working with her the past few months has been incredible - she's helping me take the time to identify my values, explore new options, and craft the professional life I want for myself. While I'm still working to land my next role, working with Nicole has made the process significantly less stressful than it would be if I were doing it on my own. She truly goes above and beyond to help me figure out how to integrate my professional identity into my much more important holistic identity, and pursue the work-life balance I want in this transition.

When I started working with Nicole, I was burnt out and felt trapped. I was overworked and struggling with a job that I felt deeply obligated to even though it had clearly become an unhealthy environment for me, and I couldn't see a way out. In working with Nicole I have successfully changed industries, nearly tripled my income, and have gone from working easily 80+ hours per week to only about 30. More important than that though, my entire self-concept and sense of worth has transformed. I no longer place my identity, value, and worth in my job. I prioritize myself, my life and my family. I have a career that supports me living the life I want to live, as opposed to building my life around my career. I could never have imagined being where I am today, and I don't know that the growth I've achieved would have been anywhere near as accelerated and transformational without Nicole's support.

If you are ready for change and growth, I cannot recommend Nicole enough. She lovingly and unrelentingly will push you, challenge you, help you question and evolve your mindset, and yes, help you grow and shift in your career. The investment is worth every penny!
