I had gotten on website for power for Texas and I had TXU and they just kept getting higher and higher and I’ve been with them for two years well I’m on a fixed income and I live with my two elderly parents who are also on a fixed income so we switched to TriEagle

The agent i spoke with was very understanding of my situation. And he was very informative on options that could be helpful in the future.

The weekly updates of used Kw are a help especially with our efforts to conserve energy and our water well which should be a fairly set amount each month. Anything variance alerts us to a possible outside leak or well pump problem.

This company misleads customers regarding billing and can not resolve issues with online service. When I set up my account I was told I could set up automatic payment on a specific date after the first bill. When I attempted to do that I was told I couldn't. When I attempted to get into my account on line I found I couldn't. When I called in for assistance I was told there was a change and I would have to wait days for a resolution to reset my account. They mislead customers to get you to sign up with them and then lock you in by blocking you from your online account.

Good customer service and reasonable rates. The billing is easy to understand and they provide mid-month estimates of the next bill. Very transparent. And reliable power delivery.

Customer service is outstanding. There are no surprises in moving from one location to another. Billing and automatic payments are easy. Weekly updates keep me aware of my electricity usage. When I think of Tri-Eagle Energy, only positive thoughts come to mind.

Our experience has always been good, but I am concerned that our rate will go up substantially beginning in May.

Sign up was easy, rates are ok, there was a hiccup on sign on bonus
