Pretty darn good

The sale price that they provided and 2 or more tires combined to me getting one tubular tire for $20.00. The shipping was fast, and I was pleased with the navigation ease of their website. The only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars was that they don't have the 25% off sale very often.

Great experience working with tri sport. Prices great and sales persons very knowagable and very friendly, will certainlygo back to them and highly recomend them.

Great service!!

My experience was great! My CSR understood exactly what I was talking about, identified the part I needed, and explained how to use it better. What more could you ask for.

Shipping was faster than he said it would be, too.

Excellent experience

The process was quick and the email notifications were helpful. The order was filled within one day. A really nice touch was the handwritten note of thanks on the shipping invoice inside my order.

I had to pay the shipping 80 $ and 140 $ taxes !!

I had to pay the shipping 80 $ !! it was written : FREE SHIPPING
I had to pay taxe 140 $ ! about 36% of my purchase.
Trisport should tell me that before I confirm my order . It's not fair .

I apologize that you had such a terrible experience on our site. We do our best to be as transparent as we can with our policies. Free shipping is for the contiguous US only and is displayed as such online. Duties are the responsibility of the customer as well and this responsibility is clearly listed in our policies and during checkout. I ordered a child size triathlon suit …

I ordered a child size triathlon suit for my grandson, and was very pleased with the product (even better, my grandson was very pleased!). It was good quality and came within the promised time window. Also this was the only company I could find to carry the product I was looking for.

Ordered the Garmin Forerunner 630 …

Ordered the Garmin Forerunner 630 bundle. Got both items in good condition, minus a dead battery in the heart rate monitor. I was able to contact Garmin and get free batteries shipped to my house. This set was sold on Trisports way cheaper than anywhere else. I even got a personal thank you written on my order confirmation and the shipping was fairly quick.
