Good product, questionable policies.

I'm tired of companies not being forthcoming when they are selling open box merchandise. The saddle I ordered did not come in the original packaging from the manufacturer. So it did not have the tool, measuring tape and fit instructions. In fact, there was no packaging other than the delivery envelope. This would be acceptable if I was buying at a discounted rate but to pay full price and receive less than a new product is disappointing. Unfortunately, I don't have a local triathlon shop. So online shopping it is, but I won't use trisports.com in the future.

I was able to review your order and want you to know that we only sell brand new products. The saddle you purchased came directly from the manufacturer and no longer comes with the products you mentioned. They stopped including those products with their saddles some time ago. I apologize for your experience this far and want you to know that should you be unhappy with any product you've purchased from us, you have 90 days to return it for a full refund. Again, the saddle you received is a new product and does not come with the products you were expecting. I will be reaching out to you directly to see how else I can help ease your frustration with our products. Thank you for the feedback, we will be in touch.

Great fit.

Got the items for my boyfriend training for a triathlon! Shipping was quick and fast and the items were a great fit for him.

The product I bought arrived more than …

The product I bought arrived more than a month after I bought it. When it said shipping was 5 days in addition to having to pay additional charges to the delivery guy that were not considered.

I apologize for the delay in your shipment as the product you ordered had a longer than anticipated lead time. This was specified on the product page that lead times can vary. Again, please accept our apologies but am happy we were able to finally get it out to you. The price of shipping on our website internationally, do not contain duties for clearing customs and are unfortunately our customer's responsibility as stated in our international shipping policy. Why go anywhere else

TriSports.com is the most reliable and helpful online store I've dealt with. They are quick to respond to questions and have no issues with returns. That and their prices are hard to beat! Their customer service team is amazing!

Very easy on-line shopping experience

Very easy on-line shopping experience. On-line help via chat was great and easy to use and provided all the answers I needed. Shipping was a little slow on my first order, but quicker the second time around. Wish free shipping was just included for purchases over a certain amount, and not an "offer" that can't be combined with another. Will definitely shop here again though!

Great selection and Deals!

Great selection of everything! I purchased a bunch of random items (lace locks, books, & socks) during the memorial day sale and got a great deal! Items were also shipped super quick. I will definitely buy more of my triathlon apparel from Trisports!

Not impressed

My first experience ordering from Trisports.com was not a positive one.

I placed 2 orders .

After 3 days I contacted customer service to enquire as to when the orders would ship out.

I was then informed that for one of the orders there was only 1 left in stock as out of stock , I had ordered 7.

I was given the tracking number for the other order that had shipped..

I enquired as to why I was not sent the tracking number for one order and not informed about them not having enough stock to fulfil the other.

I was told that I was sent an e mail regarding the stock out- this is not the case.

I was told that the tracking must have gone to my spam- also not the case.

I was asked if I wanted them to send me the 1 item they had in stock or would I like to cancel the order. I elected to cancel the order.

They then issued a refund which only covered part of what I had been charged.

Hopefully there won't be any issues with the product that has been shipped.

Inefficient and unprofessional .

I have reviewed your orders and see you used two different emails for your orders with us. Our communication was sent to the appropriate email related to the order. Our system takes care of the automated emails and at times, spam filters can catch these emails. This can definitely be the case if you've never made a purchase with us which you mentioned above. The emails were sent and do apologize for your trouble in locating them.

With that being said, we do try our best to be accommodating in any way we can. You can contact us through Chat, Email or Phone and our reps are always happy to help and get you the information you desire. I have fully refunded your order and do apologize for the confusion on that partial refund. I will be reaching out to you to see if there's any way we can change your outlook on our company. The online chat feature was great

The online chat feature was great. It's hard to know what to buy when shopping online as the selection is large and I was buying for my first tri, but there was someone live who was himself an experienced triathlete who gave me good guidance on what tri clothing to buy.

Price doubles

As a customer from Europa the price of my elbow pads for my triathlon bike doubled due to taxes and administrative expense. Without a notice.
