Ordered the board for Hero Quest. It arrived in excellent condition and quickly. Was really impressed the seller offered individual parts from the full game, this was really helpful as I'm only looking for a few elements.
If they break up another copy I'm very interested in the cards from hero quest too.

First time using Tritex, but will use again

Been a customer with Tritex for years now, only had one issue when I pre-ordered an item during the month of Feb 2023.

September-October has passed and it has simply not arrived yet despite being expected months beforehand so I was issued a refund. Tritex re-imbursed me and as an extra nice thing they didn't have to do at all, sent me the item when they finally received more stock from the supplier.

Grateful for Tritex doing their thang and I recommend this company because they're reliable and their customer support is great. If you do run into an issue which I imagine is simply unavoidable for their business, they're known to rectify it as soon as they can.

On the evening of Sunday the 13th of August the Tritex website listed there being two Tortle monk D&D miniatures in stock. I ordered one and received confirmation of my purchase.
On the afternoon of Monday the 14th of August (less than a day after placing the order) I received this message.
(The following note has been added to your order:

Apologies I was away last week and staff put it on hold but we cannot get this in now and sold out a week ago. Apologies I have to refund it.

How could my order be placed on hold before being placed? And if the item was out of stock, why did the on-line store state 2 were available?

That's twice in recent weeks my orders have been, let's say, mishandled, with me not getting what I have ordered.
Even though I was sent a different, though similar, figure in the first case and was given a refund for the Tortle, this is not what I would call good, or even adequate customer service.

As a result I have gone with another supplier who charge a little more but who seem to maintain more accurate stock records.

I have used TritexGames for years and they have never failed to make me feel like a valued customer. For an internet order firm their customer service is second to none. On the odd occassion I have had an issue they have sorted it quickly and fairly, Descriptions are accurate and delivery is prompt and well packaged. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks guys.

Always receive a fantasic service from Tritex. They send the products out quickly. reliably and well packaged. They also have great customer service and respond very quickly to all queries. I have been ordering from them for quite a few years now and they never disappoint.

The Tritex Monthly Marvel Crisis Protocol tournament is an absolute blast of a day! The store set up is perfect for playing or even trying out new games and all the members of staff are very welcoming.

Expected delivery on the 2nd, checked on the 5th as noticed email confirmation stated the 9th. Was informed it would be dispatched on the 12th as Tritex were adhering to the release date for 'Major national retailers' disagree with this interpretation but fine.
Was then told the 8th.
Chased on the 15th, no response just a dispatch notification on the 16th, then a second dispatch notification on the 19th.
At no point did I receive an accurate delivery estimate. To top it all off another review states they received their product on the 7th?
Avoid.

Edit: Gave three different shipping dates, didn't adhere to any of them and then replied two months later to blame third parties.
