Tritex Games is owned and independently run by Jason Thornton. I have personally been involved in gaming circles for over three decades and have a true passion for the gaming hobby and all things sci-fi & fantasy. I always enjoyed playing games when I was younger but there was never a great range out there to play so I usually played the classics such as Risk and Monopoly. When I was a teenager I discovered Dungeons and Dragons and roleplayed for a number of years. In my early 20’s I got into playing collectable card games such as MTG and around this time I also learned to play other specialist games and was introduced to war gaming. I have always preferred playing shorter skirmish games such as Blood Bowl rather than larger scale battles and when WOTC introduced Dungeons & Dragons and Star Wars miniature games I played these for a while. I started up Tritex Games in 2004 as I found there was a need for a store that focused on supplying a large selection of fantasy and sci-fi miniatures for war gaming and roleplaying. The range has been growing ever since. In 2013 Fantasy Flight Games launched X-Wing miniatures and this game along with other popular miniature titles they produced such as Star Wars Imperial Assault and Star Wars Armada have become a core part of our range ever since. Tritex Games couldn’t be run without the help of a great team and I am fortunate to have the support of a great team my wife Bethany, Megann, Sandra, Sarah, Keyleigh, Joseph working alongside me. During the busy seasons and at trade shows my daughter Amber and a number of other staff come to work for us on a part-time basis and help us keep the orders flying out the door as fast as they come in. In 2017 we opened a new retail unit in Stafford for tabletop gaming and organising play.

Positive experience 2nd time around
My first experience wasn’t great as I had spoke to staff about purchasing some decks and I turned up on the morning of release and they didn’t have stock they had sold out but it was still saying they had stock on website so I made a long trip to the store for nothing but on the next product I gave them the benefit of doubt and i ordered day of release they had my product and stock on the shelf so it was a better experience and showed positive growth people that work there are super pleasant

-editing this because Tritex contacted me and made attempt for an amicable solution.
I bought 3 Wizkids Black Abishai figures. I was only sent 2 of them.
I would like my 3rd one that i paid for so I emailed back and my email so far has been ignored.
Order incomplete and no refund.

the website was clear, the order place the same day it was made, and the delivery incredibly fast ( less than a week.) the fact that my order was very small and uncomplicated (1 figure) may have helped. quite efficient!
