Iconic Trendz Boutique took my money and order on Jan 1, 2024. ORDER #13244
I have called and emailed a numerous amount of times and no response. I would like to either get the 2 shirts I ordered or my money back. This has been the worst online store and non existent communication ever! Please do right by your customers or take the website down.

Wrong product sent.
Could not return despite numerous attempts at contacting the website.
Luckily I had purchased with a credit card so was able to use the protection offered via this to obtain refund.
Extremely bad service and would suggest you do not use this company ever!

The wallet I ordered was canceled because it was sold out, but my refund hasn't been made yet. In addition, there is no reply to my refund request. How long do I have to wait???

Hi! The same situation. I ordered sneakers 12 days ago. The web page promised to ship it with DHL during 2-5 days. I emailed the store several times and paused the money transfer via Klarna. I want to cancel the order and receive the money back as it seems like a scheme. So sad to be involved in this situation.

I WISH I CHECKED THE REVIEWS BEFORE I PLACED MY ORDER! I purchased a pair of shorts for £250 and one month later I’m yet to receive my item no responses to emails but quick to take your money this is a scam company the fact that their website is still running but yet no one receives their item is SHOCKING to me !!! the people who run this company need to go to prison they are committing fraud! I noticed that they have been responding to certain reviews on here and ignoring the others I bet they won’t respond to this one! I paid via Laybuy thank God! I just want my initial payment and late fees returned because I did not receive anything so decided to purchase the item from SSENSE instead which I received within 48 hours I’ve emailed TRNDZ Boutique to cancel my order because it did not arrive in 2 to 5 days they promised it would give me a refund PLEASE! why is that so hard to do? What goes around comes around karma is a real thing your hurting innocent people while you enjoy their money in private this is evil and you will not go unpunished

When I ordered for the first time and asked something about shipping, someone replied to my question. But since my order has not been shipped yet, I asked cancellation.
My order number is 108151. I already asked cancellation several times. You didn't reply at all for my cancellation.
And on my google research, this store is permanently closed. How could you do this to customers?
This is my last request for cancellation. If there is no cancellation until tomorrow 11/22/2022, I will take my legal action.

Placed 2 orders - 1 cancelled, 1 never even dispatched. Had to wait for over a month for refund from Klarna. No response from customer support.

Is this store even still trading I placed a order paid 9.99 for delivery received no order confirmation email been ringing the number online no answer emailed twice no reply looked online on the website states store is permanently closed my advice to anyone is do not order from this site even if you think it is cheaper than elsewhere pay the extra and receive your goods or loose your money. cancelled my order after 10 days that says it all about this store STAY WELL CLEAR!!! Overall the worst online buying experience I have had .

Ordered an item from Trndz boutique online, I have not received my item. Please I think they are scam websites.

Absolutely disgusting company don't send your item and don't reply to any emails but are quick enough taking your payment they are absolute scum and don't deserve a business never ever order of these it's all a scam 😡😡

poor customer service. Received a really sarcastic response from the sales email address.

I bought a product that is defective, the shoes are falling apart, and when i enquired about a refund I received a sarcastic, belittling email.

I ordered a bag from this company and paid £9.99 for next day delivery.
The wrong bag arrived over a week later.
I sent emails, tried to what’s app the number on the website and ring it to.
I started the return but it was never authorised. The only address on the website seems to not be a returns address but correspondence only.
So here I am with the incorrect £100 near enough bag.
Luckily I purchased via a credit card so I am seeking reimbursement that way.
I wish I’d checked trustpilot first in order to completely avoid what’s been a stressful situation.
Please DO NOT ORDER from this company.
