Matt from trophy pet food Torbay I would highly recommend very helpful for all your pet needs is only a phone call away fantastic service

I have been a Trophy customer for 14+ years, gone through 3 local agents but now have to rely on ordering and delivery from the website, In the last few months since they have been taken over and moved the customer service has been abysmal. I place an order, expect delivery within 5 days as stated on the confirmation of order and then nothing is delivered, no apology received until I chase the order at which time I am down to 1 - 2 days of food. Then for several months I get the same apology that they have run out of the food I ordered and so cannot supply it, never one have they thought to contact me to ask I want a different flavour until I make contact chasing the order. As a dog owner and breeder this is not ideal as some dogs have sensitive stomachs and a change of food should be done over a period of time not in 1 or 2 days whilst Trophy get their act together. If you want a reliable supplier go elsewhere!

This company has gone from being excellent when it was supplied by gold line foods to abysmal since being taken over by upf. Prices have escalated and several products to all intents and purposes may as well be discontinued as they are consistently out of stock with the new lead time for delivery of available product being extended beyond reason. Very sad. 😞

John and Marie continue to provide excellent service. Delivered to our door on time and excellent communications. Always helpful and friendly. Many thanks.

Cannot thank John and Marie enough, my mistake I was running very low of my Westies biscuits contacted Marie out of hours John delivered the bag of biscuits the following day.

Fantastic knowledge of the nutritional value of the food. Great advice. Prompt service and the willingness to bring the scales each month to check the weight. Our Puppy with the help of the food is at a very good weight and coat looks amazing. ( we changed to trophey pet foods)

Brilliant service , Val @ trophy derbyshire always looks after us and Max gives the food a huge paws up. Since switching to trophy he has never had a stomach upset, something which was common with other leading brands being a fussy shih tzu. We have been using trophy for well over 5 years .

John and Marie, Trophy North East, are so considerate when consulting about the correct food for our dogs; they listen and professionally advise the best nourishment. Our dogs are extremely healthy and happy thanks to Trophy!

John and Marie have been delivering my dog food to my door for a few years now. It is literally next day delivery with good quality food, tailored to my dogs needs. They are both at the end of the phone to help offer advice abd support. Last year I got a new rescue pup and the advice and care John and Marie showed me was above and beyond.

I adopted a 6/7 year old greyhound. Very under weight dull coat, a little neglected. I was recommended Trophy for her feed. Within a month a huge difference in coat. Smooth and glossy. Weight gain is stable and she is in much better overall health. The delivery service is such a blessing and always prompt. I am of senior age no way I could carry her food myself❗️

I have the worlds fussiest Boston terrier who just would not eat his meals.! I tried so many different brands that didn’t upset his tummy and we even tried raw but he just didn’t like it. Then a friend introduced us to Matt who came to our house with samples and we finally found a food frankie loved!! Matt is so helpful with advice and knowledge and the absolute best part for a busy house like ours is he delivers and reminds me when to order! It’s been 6 years now and we would never ever change. Could not recommend Trophy highly enough, they are genuinely the best :)
