Booked 2 weeks in Seychelles In February with this company, not cheap, also never told us about the Travel Authorisation fee you have to do 10 day's before you are due to arrive. until we had paid deposit. We did notice the room tax on the documents but this Travel fee. All together you pay in tax around £300 per couple depending on where you are staying. We will not be booking with this company again.

We booked to go away for Christmas 2024, with Tropical Sky, we have never used them before. The booking agent was very helpful, finding the best price for the dates we wanted. Unfortunately we could not travel due to unexpected medical issue, due to us traveling with others, the booking had to be split, this was done for us, efficiently and speedily. The holiday went ahead without us , the other travellers had a wonderful time. The next issue was claiming back on our travel insurance. Tropical sky again were so efficient in providing us with all documentation required, including claiming back the APD on our behalf. Our insurance claim was successful and we received a full refund. Every team member i spoke to throughout our experience have been excellent, from booking department , accounts department and customer care, all have been exceptional. Once we can travel again, i will be using Tropical Sky to book our next trip.

First time booking with Tropical Sky, just returned from a fantastic 10 days in Barbados. The Club & Spa resort, was everything as they described, a little tired looking now, but the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and we had beautiful sea view as we requested.
Tropical Sky helped us with all our questions and we will be booking again.
The reason we have given four stars is that we had to wait a bit on arrival when we booked a private transfer to the resort, he finally arrived, the transport and driver were not the best, although the return private transport was perfect.

The holiday literature way understated the wonderful experience that is SriLanka. We had a driver / tour guide throughout the 10 day trip and he was very good as were the hotels along the way. We also enjoyed two free upgrades during the stay. Each day was interesting and fun with many stops along the way to enjoy the locally grown foods and drink and wild life. The holiday was catered around our wishes followed by an excellent selection of resort in the Maldives. Thanks to Brendan Prendergast who organised the event perfectly.

I wanted to let you know what a fantastic wonderful amazing holiday we had in Thailand.
It was more than we could have hoped for.
Our journey went smoothly from beginning to end and we were so impressed with our transport was there as soon as we arrived
From Bangkok to Chang Mai then to Khao Lak the choice of hotels you had booked were stunning
We went to Elephant Hills Bush camp and we were all blown away and a memory that we’ll cherish forever.
It was a perfect holiday which included two big birthday celebrations

We recently returned from a trip to Barbados including a Royal Clipper cruise.
Tropical sky picked and booked a nice hotel for 1 week, booked the Royal Clipper cruise and booked another hotel for our last 1 night. They also booked our flights.
The pick up from the airport was disorganised and I don't believe we were expected. The return pick up hotel to airport was a farce. Suntours, on arrival, had told us to ring them the day before going home to arrange a pick up. Rather odd as they should have been informing us about the pick up!
We then began a backward and forward email conversation (over a few hours) with the transport company who had no notification of the booking. I sent a screenshot of the voucher we had been given but they hadn't received it. They suggested we contact tropical sky (on a Saturday) but at that point we gave up and booked out own taxi rather than waste the last day of our holiday. It was a disappointing and stressful end to our holiday
Upon our return I contacted the agent and they organised a refund for the exact amount we paid for the taxi!
This might sound petty but I would have thought a token of apology would have been standard!
This was unlike any other holiday company we have ever used, we have been on several long haul detailed tours, all of which were perfectly organised.
Sadly we won't be recommending Tropical Sky.

Amazing trip to Thailand with Tropical Sky! We booked for a special birthday to travel as a couple and wanted to see as much as we could. And Tropical Sky did not disappoint. We started in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Krabi, Elephant Hills and Phuket. The location of the hotels were spot on, and most of them were amazing! Slight grumble with the one in Krabi but nothing major or off putting. The communication with Tropical Sky was excellent, all our transfers were smooth and internal flights. Samantha sorted our holiday for us and she found exactly what we wanted and honestly would recommend Tropical Sky to friends and family.

An amazing round the world trip to New Zealand via Singapore and Vancouver on the way back.

Accommodation was excellent with a warm welcome and a brilliantly arranged itinerary in New Zealand enabling us to cover both islands in 2 weeks.

Some memories will stay with us for ever - landing on Fox Glacier in shorts, bathing at Hanmer Springs, Zealandia Project, cruising Milford Sound, the geysers / mud pools at Rotorua and the wonderful Te Ra / Te Po.

The suggested tours were great and showcased the beauty, wildlife, landscapes and unique culture of New Zealand.

When the whale watching trip in Kaikōura was cancelled due to weather conditions NZ Sky were in touch immediately via the App. confirming refund.

Brendan and the team were fantastic from start to finish.

The experience was excellent - we will definitely be working with Brendan again on further adventures.

Brilliant from start to finish, they arranged a one way flight from London to Auckland as we will pick up a cruise in New Zealand.
Stopovers in Abu Dhabi and Singapore with transfers to break up the journey.
Hotels, transfers and flights all excellent and good value too. Highly recommend.

We booked a holiday though this Tropical Sky, for my 40th Birthday waited for 2 days confirmation, nothing was sent, called least 3 time only to be told it was all booked payment taken. Again i phoned up to see full quote so i can visibly see this document then realised flights were changed without my knowledge, they expected me to wait 8 hours in Bharin Middle East for connecting flight. Issue still not been actioned even after i confirmed i will get refund. Called only to be told they wil call me back 3 days later still no call and still no refund. what a joke!!! person i spoke to was Elyse Evans. Lets hope i get my 4k back!!!

Stunning holiday on the back of many other fantastic trips to the US, Africa and Aisa, great coms and itinerary’s put together for my son and I that were seamless

I had never been to Sri Lanka but had a fantastic time learning about the cuisine and visiting the country’s major tourist spots on Tropical Sky’s culinary tour. Our guide Upul was amazing and the hotels were first class. I particularly enjoyed the early morning hike up Sigiriya Rock, the tour of Kandy food market and the safari ride through Kaudella National Park. A once in a lifetime experience. My friends have all enjoyed the Sri Lankan feasts I’ve cooked up since.

This company operates under a number of names, Tropicalsky, CanadianSky etc, to name a few, claiming to have travel agents with first hand expertise and knowledge of the destinations on offer. Absolute balderdash! They employ a small team of operators who are merely jack of all trades, master of none - probably doubling up as receptionists, cleaners etc. For example, the Canada/US ‘travel expert’, is also the ‘wedding expert’ responsible for sourcing and arranging weddings in Mauritius, Caribbean etc. Complaints? Customer Service?Forget it. Senior Management are simply a group of wide boys with fancy meaningless titles who would not be out of place in used car sales rooms in the less salubrious parts of towns throughout the UK. They will simply try to wear you down with their thuggery and bully boy tactics! By the way, this company is not ABTA protected so…if you have a problem with your travel arrangements which are not flight related…good luck! There are infinitely better travel companies out there - don’t give your hard earned cash to this outfit.

I was due to visit Kenya in 2021 but unfortunately lockdown happened. Some man contacted me to say my holiday will have to be postponed & had the cheek to charge me an admin fee of £143. The other 1k has not been given back to me, all he said was quote" We will look after your money until 2025, after that you will lose the money "unquote.

A fantastic holiday with perfect organisation by Tropical Sky. Stayed in 4 locations, lots of transfers and pick ups involved plus an internal flight. The hotels were beautiful and everything went perfectly not one issue so would definitely rebook.

We had a great experience with Tropical Sky and specially with Brendan who organized our trip to New Zealand. Seamless planning, personalized itineraries, and a perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. His expertise made our trip unforgettable. We used tropical sky to visit Barbados. Our preferred hotel was full so we went with Brendan"s recommendation of the Savannah Beach. This was found to be a very good hotel with very friendly staff. We would definitely recommend Tropical Sky for your holiday needs and have already booked again with them.

Having decided to get married abroad (just the two of us), me and my (now) husband then had the task on deciding on a destination.
We contacted Tropical Sky, and from the outset Lucy was so informative regarding the legal restrictions and requirements, which helped us eventually decide on Mauritius. We had multiple questions and tweaks to make with our itinerary, but none of this was too big or too small a request. Lucy helped make what could be quite a stressful time, extremely easy to organise!

This is the second time that we’ve asked TS to arrange our holiday . We travelled to Dubai for a few days then Bangkok for a few more days , then to Phuket . All the flights , transfers and hotels were brilliant , certainly a 5 star experience from start to finish . Sunny and her team were more than patient with any queries we had . Would definitely use TS on our next adventure , and would recommend TS to family and friends.

We have used Tropical Sky a number of times in the past and they have always been excellent. This time was no different and they were excellent once again. Janet was extremely helpful and gave us several options, looking at various dates to see if the holiday was cheaper at that time. No complaints at all and would thoroughly recommend once again.
