I already wrote a review - must have disappeared as I don't see it now....!?!
I would give them a 0 rating if there were one.
I ordered 1 TrueFit Posture Corrector, and had great difficulty on the cart keeping it to just one - kept jumping to two. Shipping Fee: $5.85.
Then completed their popup survey (bad idea) and was offered a FREE gift. Chose one, a small wallet carrying a business card sized card, and the shipping jumped up $14.75. I was then charged on a separate invoice for the shipping amount (nearly three times that charged for the item itself). I then found out by chance that they had slapped a recurring monthly charge onto this, which I had to reverse. I have been to HUGE inconvenience to try to remedy all of this and be refunded - I paid through PayPal. This is a scam organisation - don't touch it!!!!
I'm hoping this will be published and LEFT THERE this time!!!

I ordered this product in March, received it and paid for it. In April I was informed that PayPal had paid for another one. I did not order one or authorize anyone pay for one. I have contacted their customer service and they are "looking into it." After 2 days I got another email adding a $3.00 item on to this bogus order. They are not accepting calls by phone right now.

Was just going to order one of these but thankfully I read these reviews first .?And I didnt continue the order

Refund never received on product returned within 5 days from receipt. No communication. Nada.

BTW I failed to check Trust Pilot before ordering. This is SOP for this company, it seems.

I ordered 2 truefit posture correctors in May last year.
I found much cheaper products online and decided to decline the parcel from Truefit. I followed instructions given and sent unopened parcel back to the company.
I have been waiting since May and each time I send them email asking whether they received my parcel, they say that they haven't received the parcel yet. I lost over £ 48, have no product or money.
Today I sent them another email. I wonder what they say?
Very bad company, not honest, just thieves! Nothing more.

I received a damaged back posture support from True Fit. I sent them pictures and as I'd had to wait so long for it to arrive I asked for a refund. They have refused this and I'm left with an item that is damaged and unusable. I can only consider that this company is totally dishonest, take your money and then don't give a damn.

I ordered & paid for this non-existent item on 16th August and have emailed twice to no avail; the excuse is always the same they will not give a refund as UPS has dispatched it. When am I going to receive it...probably never. How this company gets away with this scam is beyond me!

I am an idiot for not reviewing this company before placing my order. I probably will never receive the ordered item, and the fault lies with all other scams. Pain leads to trying almost anything to obtain relief, which is why they prey on those suffering. The plan is one of the oldest tricks in the book for scammers to separate those suffering from their money. I fell for it, and the sad part is all of the others out there will do the same thing I did. I called the company to receive an explanation for the charges. Then like many other people who separate people from their money, they explain what they did in a manner where their the hero, and you misunderstood the fine print.

I wrote a review about trueposture to update that reveiw I have this morning received my posture brace and now wearing it but for what it is and the wait for it you can get better on places like (amazon) cheaper and in one or two days.

Moi pareille. J'ai commandé depuis le 6 juin et rien reçu. Je vais aller très loin. Ils ont intérêt à me rembourser. Sinon, répression des fraudes.

Hice un pedido en enero y aún no lo he recibido. He escrito varías veces a un correo y me dicen que hasta q ellos no reciban el producto de vuelta no me hacen el reembolso. Estamos en mayo y no he recibido ni pedido ni el reembolso.

Desde el 14 de junio hice mi pedido, hoy 26 de noviembre, aun no lo recibo, he enviado varios correos de reclamación, y solo me dicen que esta en camino, que por la pandemia estan las entregas retrazadas, pero que tenga la certeza de que lo voy ha recibir, y no pasa nada.

This is a scam company. They charged me 10 times the price and refuses to correct that despite several contacts.

Avoid this company!!

No confirmation email and goods have not arrived. Tried to contact them but got useless reply from a third party called Zendesk.

Je n'ai hélas pas fait attention à la taille du corrector et celui reçu est vraiment trop grand.
Je n'ai pas réussi à l'échanger.
Les frais seraient trop élevés...et on m'a uniquement proposé un remboursement de la moitié du prix...

If I could leave no star I would do that. Ordered over 6 weeks ago, nothing arrived. Asked me to file a claim to my local post office???
