All our Instant Coffee is made with specialty grade beans and rigorously tested for any nasties to make sure you're always getting a clean cup. Objective the quality is fantastic, but we completely understand taste is subjective.

Our caffeine controlled range is packed with antioxidants to make you feel amazing and we're honestly gutted you didn't feel that this time.

We'd love to send you some of our tasty Fresh Coffee Bags as an alternative to try. They're packed with our deliciously smooth 100% Arabica Energising Colombian Coffee and are perfect for a quick, fresh cup 💛

To be honest, this sounds a bit concerning as the Instant Coffee absolutely should have a lovely aroma and rich, smooth taste! All our Instant Coffee is made with 100% specialty grade beans and rigorously tested for moulds and heavy metals to guarantee you're always getting a clean up, so objectively the quality is fantastic and we're sorry this happened.

It's a shame we weren't able to get the batch number and expiry date so we can log this as part of our product quality assurance process, but rest assured I've passed this incident on to our production team to investigate. Thank you so much for letting us know!

We're really sorry that the coffee wasn't to your taste 💛

Rest assured that the coffee is made with 100% specialty grade beans so objectively the quality is outstanding - however we totally understand taste is subjective.

We also do lab test our coffee to be free from moulds, heavy metals and other nasties as well as being caffeine controlled per serve - which is why it makes you feel good. But, we're really sorry you didn't feel that and we'd love to make it up to you!

We'd love to get some of our delicious Fresh Coffee Bags in the post for you to try (like a tea bag, but coffee!) They're packed with our 100% Arabica Single Origin Energising Colombian Coffee and we think they'll be more your thing 😋
