Straightforward and Customer focused!
Catalin and Silviv worked very hard in the June heatwave to move my furniture and personal effects, including fragile wrapping crockery, glassware and precious items. Also my IKEA beds were dismantled and reassembled perfectly in my new home.
Job was completed in little over half a day, relocating from London to the East Midlands.
Trunk Logistics were able to survey, quote and complete my move at short notice, giving them the edge over other Removal Companies I had contacted. Many thanks for taking some of the stress out of moving home after decades since my last move!

Hard working and respectful
Great communication beforehand, friendly phone call to let us know when they were arriving, and once here Big Dan, Brad and Simon were efficient, super friendly, worked really hard and got everything out of the vans and into the house (using all the access points to handle difficult corners) with total respect for our belongings.
Trunk have completed a complex move from one house to two separate locations including storage with total professionalism.
I can't believe anyone would do the job better.

Could not fault Big Dan and his team…
Could not fault Big Dan and his team (Brad, Luka, Amondo) they were early for the removal, which was ace due to rising temperatures Friday 27th June 2026.
And early for the drop off, the following day after a long drove up the A1, which meant we had pretty much the whole day to get things sorted after they left at 11am.
Very respectful, Would highly recommend.

Dan and Ron - Great Experience
Dan and Ron were both extremely friendly and helpful. Before I had even gone down to meet them in the lobby, they had everything unloaded and were ready to bring the boxes up to the flat. Great service, no hassle, very polite
Kieran was very helpful and nothing was a problem and was very clear with the service they would provide. On the day of the move the team, Mike, Amin and Tomo, arrived on time and were very polite. They worked very quickly and quietly and were very efficient. At our new property they unloaded very quickly and left us with no mess to clear up. We couldn’t recommend Trunk enough for their excellent service and quality of staff.

Efficient removal team
The guys took no time at all to clear my belongings, load and drive them to a storage. Once there they stored them neatly at the facility and locked up. Very efficient and good communication before and during the move.

They were just such lovely people a couple of gentlemen. They turned what I thought would be a really stressful day into a breeze. Absolute masters at packing a van! It really was a work of art.
