App is horrible. Dont buy this rubbish

The app does work. The only disappointing thing is the 300-character limit, but you could always split your text and combine the audio. It isn't enjoyable, nonetheless. Oh, and please get a better Morgan Freeman. He sounds weird, and a lot of the voices speak faster than they should. The ones I use most are fine.

Bought lifetime access and didnt get nothing. Contacted the via email with some details, paying card etc but still nothing.
Basically they had my money and didnt provide service.
Scam!

You can only type 300 words and the space to type is in a little box and sometimes you can't scroll it to make corrections.
The biggest let down is that after you pay it doesn't give you an app to go to for your paid prescription to use for they call lifetime use .
And ....they stick their ad floating on your ,video and the person knows right away it's an ad .

The videos work.

Doesnt actually work..huge scam and no refunds!

Should have known better when fine print stated NO REFUNDS my bad. Cancelled via e mail 10 minutes after attempting to set up and paid $29.99 but unable to do so. Customer service is a bod and a dumb bod of lettle help. Charged on Citi card as company stated no refunds and the work had alrady been started to do the person. Unable to prove I cancelled so out the $29.99 no big deal but do be forwarned it doesnt always work!

I reached out twice to customer services. There was no response. Avoid.

Signed up for their Lifetime Access package. After two days of it work. It said that Parrot had DISABLED the update voice featured "For now". There customer support e-mail does not exist and they use an AI bot to try fix your problem. The company is a joke and should be brought to account for what they are doing.

Terrible Tech support. They advertise their one-week plan as "unlimited access" but when I bought, I only have limit of 100 alphabets, at a time in text to speech feature. Yes, 100 alphabets, not words. I had to do one minute voice over video in like 15 parts.

The worst thing is it did not even let me create that video in 15 parts. After like 10-12 times using it, it showed me a message which said I would have to use it in Mac to use further. Not a big deal, right? Oh, I wish. When downloaded in mac, there is no option to login with the existing account where you have already bought subscription for one week. No no! you have to buy it again for double the price you paid for using on website. And its fourth day today and I'm still sending follow up emails and getting no response from the tech support.
