I ordered a Venus Travel Bag at the end of August, with an expected delivery date of September 2. However, the package never arrived. I thought maybe there was a delay, so I waited, and even went on vacation, but we had someone at the house for our cats, so we would have known if a delivery had come. Still, nothing arrived.

I reached out to customer service in early October to request a refund. They responded, saying they would look into it, but I haven't received any follow-up since then. I even sent a reminder last week, but still no response. I’m really hoping to receive either the bag or my money back soon.

This is a proper scam, i.e. a front to sell you cheap Chinese stuff from Aliexpress at 10x the price.
They won't actually return you any money, at best they will give you a "store credit" (no thanks, I don't need anything from them) or force you to not do a return by making you send it to a remote location so you pay basically its price for shipping. I'm better off donating this bag than sending it for a refund.

Placed my order initially for the bag, then upgraded to the bag with wheels. My card was charged twice (due to me upgrading): totally good, I was so excited to get my bag with wheels for an upcoming trip!
It’s been TWO weeks & the bag still has not shipped- they said they are waiting for my second payment/charge (confirmed with my bank they received BOTH charges).
This is unacceptable having to wait 2weeks for a product to even ship & the miscommunication on payment. I’m just going to contact my bank again & have them cancel & refund. I’m bummed as I was really looking forward to packing & using this bag for my trip to Europe in a couple weeks :(

De reiszakken komen uit China.
Je kan ze kopen voor 20 euro op Temu.
Kwaliteit is dus ook niet wat er geschreven wordt op de website.
