I have made a couple of orders recently and the company has been great at helping to make sure the orders arrived smoothly and with international shipping. The products are also as great as ever.

Low quality peices
Laser etched bases are poorly made.
Transparent flying stands don't fit.
UCM portion gives many frigate forward hulls, but nowhere near enough rear hulls.
Ship details looks great though.

Description of item was accurate and fast delivery
Description of item was accurate and arrived quickly. The item was a UCM Battleship. I was surprised with the strength of the resin and the weight.

I absolutely love your Carnevale…
I absolutely love your Carnevale gameplay and miniatures. The only reason I can’t give a 5 star rating is that some of the miniatures are lower quality material which makes them very fragile to work with, would prefer seeing a more consistent material being used. I have noticed that the more recent new release models have a better quality and I really like that. I am very satisfied with delivery as well, considering I am in Canada, approximately two weeks is a very reasonable time.

Quality Great, Shipping Comms could be better
Product Quality was great as expected, no issues there at all. Seemed to be a delay longer than I expected for items to ship, and I would have preferred a little more active communication related to that.
