Had a pair of motorcycle tyres being sent to the Isle of Wight, my supplier messed up the delivery address, and it was going to my home address in Kent.
Supplier phoned and he was assured that the parcel was now winging its way to Isle of Wight.
Parcel arrived in Kent.
Was dropped off on the doorstep without any signature.
What a disaster,…..

Delivery information was good, arrived on time and driver was very helpful and courteous

Delivered quickly and left by our side entrance as were out.

Waited at home ALL day as they emailed At 7.30am to say they will deliver today and someone has to be home to accept the delivery.
No other communication at all - it’s 9.20pm now. They never turned up. No communication at all.

This is the second time a company we have bought something from has used Tuffnells to deliver to us. Why?? Why do they use Tuffnells?? They are terrible. They expect you to stay at home ALL day and not take your children to school in case they turn up at the door at any point during the day.
The most ridiculous delivery company we have ever dealt with and trust me we have a lot of deliveries from various places.

Thief's who forge signature. I placed a order with the range this company was meant to deliver it but that didn't happen instead the delivery driver kept it and scribbled something and this apparently means I received it they don't reply to emails , avoid as they steal, lie and forge signatures.

Dreadful company. Waited in all day following an email saying my item will be delivered today only for it now showing on the tracking to be back at the depot. Thanks for the days lost earnings. Now I have to wait to see if they make an effort for deliver it again. Beats me why any company would use them or even be associated with them given the appalling reviews.

Spent all day waiting in. Never given an option of safe place etc. Didn't turn up. Very poor communication. Would not recommend

Arrived when it should have and left in a safe sensible place.

Was delivered on day as advised and also received tracking link however tracking link not working and having had deliveries by Tuffnells before can say that the link previously was mot working.

Reading recent reviews, I can see why they are so poor. I arranged for someone to be available to accept delivery of a Hygge bike (they have been great). Firstly, the bike was due to be delivered by Paul (driver) on 06/06. Then the status changed to 'Arrived at depot'. On 07/07, the status didn't change, but then on 08/06, the consignment was again 'Out for delivery'. Sadly, it then changed to 'Arrived at depot'. It's now 09/06, and I've told Tuffnell's that I can't be available to accept delivery until 13/06; they can't hold, so they're sending back to Hygge, even though they haven't yet attempted delivery. Is that 'customer service'? I think not!

Two deliveries with this company from the Carnforth office:

First time, the tracking number wasn’t recognised, and delivery date missed - After several calls and eventually getting through to the hub, I was told they couldn’t locate it either, and to wait patiently. Also an email/call would be received prior to delivery to ensure I was home.
A week later after multiple calls to check; a neighbour informed me there was a large parcel at the back of my property that was dumped a few days prior and had been out in the rain. No card, no call, no email.

Second delivery:
Tracking number not recognised.
Delivery date missed.
Seller hasn’t a clue of the location of my parcel either.
Several attempted calls to try and locate it, to be told they’re unable to recognise the tracking number too, but someone would phone/email on the morning of delivery.

Called again 2 days after initial delivery date - told ‘it’s out for delivery’, yet nothing has turned up.
No call, no email once again.

Worst delivery company I’ve ever dealt with.

I ordered a Tower BBQ from electrical Emporium Twice, to be told the first one had gone missing on Tuffnels. I was credited so reordered. Then 10 days later no tracking information showing although I was told it had been collected. Now being told I have to wait another 5 days.

So 10 days ago I ordered direct with Tower themselves... Oh dear they use Tuffnels I was told. Yet again no order. Only to be told yesterday by Tower customer services via email that Tuffnels are having serious logistical issues and are way behind?... Really thet are meant to be a next day service. I was then told 2 days ago, it's now on its way, given a URN number to track the item.. Still says its on the manifest awaiting collection. This company is a joke, avoid any suppliers who use Tuffnels to deliver your parcels

Requested if no one home parcel to be left with neighbour. Arrived early and left in front garden. No one notified.

Driver rang my wife on apartment intercom.
My wife asked driver to leave with concierge as it's a heavy item.
Not sure what happened next but delivery note said return to sender!!!
Why wasn't a second intercom call made to explain why driver felt return to sender was appropriate???
Now terrible service from driver compounded by difficulty in communication with you as to what to do next.

Excellent delivery. Kept informed by email and SMS. Two men carried parcel to back garden. All good.

Heavy roll of lining delivered on said date by personable delivery driver, what more can one want?
