I loved the ring and the shipping time, everything was perfect till 3 weeks after the wedding, 3 weeks after he started wearing the ring, there is a HUGE gash in it, he does NOT have a job with heavy equipment but he does lift weights. I was so pleased that you have a lifetime warranty and did not expect to use it this early but when I called to replace it I was told I have to Pay a $50 deductible for your defective product, at this rate (3 weeks in) I will pay many times over for this bad product. I would love some help with this. I am beyond frustrated with Tungsten World.

Amazing Customer Service! I order my fiancé's ring from their site. Found out there would be additional time added for finishing. I had already paid for the express shipping. I was terrified that our elopement would be ruined with his ring being delayed. The customer service department...STELLAR! They were able to ship the ring straight from the manufacturer at no added cost to me. When the ring arrived...the day prior to our elopement, I couldn't have been more thrilled with the result. I ordered a forever ring Moderno 10mm with custom engraving. I specified the details I wanted about it and Tungsten World delivered! Bought 2 engraved rings. Had to send 1 back because of the fit. They recommend 1/2 size smaller, worked for wife, but not me. But they took my ring back, no questions asked and gave me new one, with engraving again. Great Service.

Recently ordered the sinbad ring for my husband. The picture on line shows a shiny silver finish which we wanted, but looks different in person. However, I spoke with Bret and Rachel; they were very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the product. In the end we decided to keep the band.

Real people answer the phone if needed. Product knowledge is spot-on. Rings are exactly what you pay for. Price for rings is very competitive. More so with their,TW warranty.

The ordering processing went smoothly and I got my custom order in a timely but my order was missing the wood ring box. I have not got a refund for the box nor was I ever notified that the box would be missing or when I would be receiving it. The ring itself appears to be in fine condition but does not state what grade titanium it is. The ring was costly for titanium and yet its grade is not clarified.
