We had a very smooth experience with Turkingtons, from the initial contact to the final install. The price was very competitive and we are very pleased with the quality of the back door and windows. The installation was done on time and was a neat, professional job.

The fitters arrived on time did a good job very little mess which they tidied up after they finished installing new door which looks great, happy with result

I had initially planned to replace only one outside rear door due to storm damage.
When I saw the precision and professionalism of that job I ended up replacing all of our rear outside doors as windows. That included a complete door with double window frame and two other outside doors.
The quality of the products together with the expert fitting made for a terrific job at what I consider to be a reasonable cost with excellent customer service throughout.
Couldn’t be happier with the result and to recommend Turkington as really professional and cost effective supplier.

The company were extremely professional from their estimater attended and done the measuring and then back at the shop to go through the different styles, to the actual crew who removed the old and fitted the new windows and doors. They were efficient and very clean and tidy.

From planning to completion everything went without a hitch. First class service throughout.

This is the second time I've use Turkington and I would most certainly use them again. In-house staff very professional and friendly too.

It's important that a company not only does a good job, but if sometimes, as there often is in life, there is a small problem, they fix it without quibble. This was my experience.

No accountability at all, still haven't spoken to us about the costs owed for correcting their damages. But begged us not to seek these costs via court.

Courteous staff and fitters and nothing was a problem.

I chose Turkington Windows to fit new windows in my home, they came highly recommended and have an excellent reputation. They delivered a great job and my new windows totally transformed my home. I was so impressed I ordered three new composite doors, which were fitted to the same exacting standard. 5* service all the way and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We had all new windows and doors replaced 5 years ago at great cost

Unfortunately the handles are all failing and need replaced. My last windows lasted 32 years with no problems with handles.
According to the warranty I am not entitled to replacements or even a check after 1 year.
I do feel this is a sub standard product with a high cost.
What good is a window that we can’t open. Feel ripped off and need to replace all the handles now ourselves. Very poor so could not recommend this company nor product.
So disappointed when try to support local companies and believe the sales pitch of great quality and good after care.

We first had our front door installed last year which was a great job from sales through to measuring up and the fitters. We were so impressed with the work so far, we decided to have a quote from them for all our old windows and patio doors to be replaced. We weren't disappointed. Andy knew exactly what he was talking about with all the advice for the new windows (picture windows, openings etc). The fitters that came were absolutely fantastic, so thorough and cleaned up after themselves 👍 we'd recommend Turkingtons to anyone 👌

Very poor customer service. I waited seven weeks for a quote and had poor communication from the sales team. No returned phone calls or emails and felt like I was a nuisance when ringing to request information. To top it off I had an email quote sent one day and the next day received a posted quote with a £2000 increase in the price and no changes were made to the specification or plan. Very disappointed to say the least. Your "Quality to a T service" is Terrible, seven weeks of wasted time when I could have been underway with my new sunroom build if I'd of went with a reputable company.

Sales team were lovely and very reassuring. Initial team that came to fit our Windows and Doors did an ABYSMAL job and that’s being polite. After care team (who were lovely) had to spend a further 21 weeks in total putting our home right. This meant my husband & I having to take multiple days off to accommodate fixing the initial mess. Should have only taken 3/4 days to do the job. Just glad we didn’t order a sunroom too!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Do not give this company your money. I have been battling for 2 years now, constantly phoning and emailing to try and get them to fix my patio. They will not honour their commitment to resolve aftercare. The amount of stress and anxiety this has caused me is unacceptable, I am exhausted chasing after this company to resolve leaks. And they will reply on trustpilot to look good, however they will not contact me directly. I am so tired hounding them on a weekly basis for almost 3 months now about a leak since 2022. Terrible, shameful and unprofessional

Second large job completed - sliding patio doors and windows. Very pleased with result.

I got a palladio front door from this company. The door was under warranty and split. It was agreed that the door would be replaced. That was 14 months ago. The communication has been horrendous. I was given a date for replacement then that date was never met. Phone calls are not answered. Absolutely horrendous customer service. I've been told the door will be replaced. But when will it be replaced? Not good enough.
