Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you found the platform pretty good overall.
We understand it can be frustrating not being able to contact customers without a subscription. Tutors can upgrade to unlock messaging, but parents and students can also choose to upgrade instead, which then allows them to contact tutors directly. This gives both sides flexibility depending on who wants to make the first move.

Great site
TutorExtra is a great way to find trusted tutors and students. Would be even better if tutors are able to make initial contact with the students themselves.

Needed a tutor to help with a work assignment. A search on TutorExtra instantly displayed several qualified tutors that I could contact. A straightforward website - highly recommended!
