TVParts.ca is a completely irresponsible company.
Instead of the TV motherboard I ordered, they sent me a defective board.
Every time I tried to contact them, I received an automated response stating that my email had been received and asking me to send a photo of the non-functional item along with a description of the symptoms.
I sent these details three times. In response to my fourth email, they replied that they were waiting for their boss to make a decision.
The boss never responded at all.
The warranty period has long since expired—even though I had been filing complaints from the very first day I received the defective board...
They are crooks.

Placed an order for 3 T-Con Boards, received only 1 - tried to make contact and have received no replies

I ordered a main board from this company for a 64" Samsung plasma TV via PayPal, received the board, installed it in the TV and got a black screen when I turned the TV on. I replaced it with the old board, hit power, and the TV worked as it did before -- just fine but with ghosting issues on the bottom half of the picture. I switched out the boards again just to be sure, and confirmed the board I received was DOA, dead on arrival.
I texted TV Parts for Sale, stated the problem and asked for a return authorization, just as instructed in their return policy for a DOA item. Instead of beginning with a simple apology or describing how the return process works, I was immediately accused of misusing the board and causing the problem. I was totally surprised by this bullying tactic. After a few rounds of discussion and taking more insults, I was reluctantly given a return authorization. I packaged the board much better than the way it was received, returned the board as instructed in the company's return terms, received the shippers notice that the item had been delivered, and waited for reimbursement. Nothing. After a couple of weeks I texted the company as I did before, and received no reply. After a couple more attempts with no reply I was forced to go through PayPal's guarantee process. PayPal investigated, agreed with me, and returned my original payment.
So would I recommend a company that sent a DOA board, that insulted me when I began the return process, that didn't reply to my inquiries after the shipper confirmed the board had been received? The worst online purchase experience I've ever had.

After calling to confirm that that the part they listed would work on my LG OLED TV and solve the problem of no video decoding I ordered the $125 part. I had read their return policy and the 30% restocking fee seemed excessive but figured that I would not need to return the part since I was assured it would work. The part did not work and then contacting them became an issue. Emails and text were not answered. I was finally able to get through on the phone and received an RMA number. They received the part 6 days from the date I received it. A refund for 50%, $62.50, was issued for the faulty part 18 days later. I believe this is a scam they are running to make money shipping faulty parts and charging people a ridiculous restocking fee.

i wished that i read all these posts before made a purchase from this Tvparts4sale, sold me a bad tcon board then told me i might ordered a wrong part when its listed exact same part nbr and match w mine old board but defected. when emailed either they take long time to reply or just being silent, bad business and other phrases from other buyers are correct! pitiful!

Formally known as tv parts outlet. Change the name to continue stealing from people. Lost $200.00. Is just a crook. Don't get robbed like I did.

scam took my money I order the part and they told me to pay with cash up and took my money.

Ordered tv part but used google maps there is no such business and Also pictures are copied from other sites.They will not answer phone.Complete scam!!Don't buy anything from them.There site should be taken down!#

I purchased a TV main board for $125. It was more dead than the bad board I had! I've e-mailed, no response. I've called the number and I guess it's cut off. I hope no one else gets scammed by these people! I'm trying to get a refund through paypal now...

This company is a JOKE! I paid $200 for a power board that didn’t work. Sent it back along with 2 other boards I had at no cost to them. They told me the boards were damaged during the shipment back to them. Complete garbage. I’m out $200 and they have 3 of my boards. Trying to get those boards back. Highly doubt I’ll get them. Company is trash!
UPDATE They told me if my parts weren’t scrapped it would cost $39 to return them to me! Can you believe this company! I’m out $200 AND 3 boards! Awful company!

ordered a part, paid by Zelle as requested, received nothing. They do not respond to your e-mail or phone messages, they do not pick up the phone. Looks like deliberate scam to simply grab your money.

I am having the same scam experience as many others have mentioned. Received wrong part, requested RMA first time via email on the same day package arrived. Email was ignored for several days, so I started communication through text. The ONLY response I got was the shipping cost wasn't worth my refund (on an $89 purchase?!?). I checked shipping rates through my USPS and it was $12...more ignoring when asking to have a cost/refund breakdown, so I submitted initial complaint to PayPal and will escalate claim since I have not heard anything from this guy for a week about resolving my questions and giving a refund.

They sent me a part that was broken. And wouldn't give me a refund because it was under 50 bucks. Don't buy from this company

This company is a complete scam !! Do not fall for the free shipping. Spend the extra 5-10 bucks and use amazon. They do not return, or refund items that don't work. They are used, and don't work. The customer service is an angry little man, and they do not reply to emails. I will be rejecting this charge.

SCAM WEBSITE! IGNORE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, THEY ARE FAKE! This POS website sent me a FAKE PART so it did not work or even fit in the TV like it was supposed to. When I politely requested a return/refund, all they sent back was "It’s an eight dollar part. It would cost more than that to return it" RUDE. Also with shipping it ended up costing me $16.66 so I just want ALL my money back as deserved. We went back and forth and they rudely told me I was wrong about the TV part and that they would only refund me around $4 if I sent it back. Their packaging literally says you can do full refunds/returns but then they refuse to if you actually follow up on it. Awful service, awful employees. Someone needs to SHUT DOWN THIS SCAM WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY. SENDING OUT FAKE PARTS AND ACTING LIKE AN A-HOLE WHEN THEY ARE CALLED OUT ON IT. MONEY THIEVES.
