Quick and easy to use - to access, pay for and receive tickets.
Like the alerts function although I sometimes miss them and wish they came by text rather than having to check the app/my email account.

Forced me to sign up to PayPal and then…

Forced me to sign up to PayPal and then PayPal hold onto the money for 21 days and require opening Swiss bank account levels of information. Easier to sell on a website like adverts.ie. Never again

We're sorry to hear your experience was frustrating.

For some events, PayPal is the only available payment method, so sellers do need a PayPal account to receive payment. However, any payment holds or identity verification requirements are set by PayPal and apply to the PayPal account itself, rather than to any Twickets transaction.

There is no requirement to use a PayPal Business account to sell on Twickets, and many individuals successfully sell using a personal PayPal account. If PayPal has placed restrictions on your account or requested additional verification, you'll need to contact PayPal directly, as we're unable to access or change their account requirements.

Excellent company

Easy to use app which made making an offer for tickets simple. Quick responses from sellers and when my offer was accepted the tickets were transferred to me quickly. Very pleased with purchase.

Excellent and easy

Very easy to submit offer to customer and once accepted the process was so easy. Got the tickets transferred over and the gig was awesome. Fantastic.
