I ordered the dentures and I received 2 strips about in inch and half long nothing like the advertisement oh and a tube of denture cement for $ 39.99 if I didn't have to give a 1 star I don't its0 don't buy

Paid for an item on PayPal, PayPal took the money out of my account. No mention when I was processing the order did it state there was a £61 delivery charge. I will now have to try and contact PayPal to get my money back as I did not agree to pay this delivery charge!

Sent me a bent spatula, not even fitted in the shaft. Took 2 weeks to send out a new one. Supposed to get it one day, never arrived, waited waited waited and then was told it was in locker I'd specified, but had no notification from EVRI (equally hopeless)... Then when I accepted it'd come that day they claimed it was being sent back for the refund costing me even more money as need the tool to do jobs. Disgusting exierurnxe agd sage to say I'll be using profile store or gypsum tools from now on. AVOID

Bought a couple of items and received them ok , had an issue with 1 item and I emailed and rang numerous times and all I kept being told was my name's in the board we won't forget but they seemed to have forgotten about me and I had to go direct to the company who actually supplies them with the tools to sell on as a trustworthy and credible company. It's a shame they do not help there customers who keep them in business.

After a google search this site offered the best prices on tools. Delivery was next day and stress free. Everything arrived and came very well protected. Recommend TW wholesale and I’ll be shopping here again!

Ordered some Fiskars utility knife blades which are becoming difficult to source. The delivery company got everything wrong and then were disingenuous about it. T W Wholesale sorted the problem out very quickly and the blades arrived the day after I contacted them.
All in all I have no complaints about this supplier and would recommend them.

I ordered incorrectly online Saturday night and so called them and spoke to Daryl Monday who was beyond helpful. I have no idea why this company hasn’t got 5stars. He corrected my ordered emailed confirmation and my order arrived today (Tuesday) all correct 24hrs later! I will definitely be a returning customer can’t fault this for excellent customer service - thanks

No idea who they are but they just emailed me about a new shovel they have. I don't really like unsolicited mail so I thought I'd let them know how I feel by leaving a review.

would have given 5 stars but as they use the waste of time firm dxexpress as couriers who have yet again failed to deliver even though TW dispatched within one day of ordering could only give four stars.
Be advised you will lose customers if you continue to use those clowns

I ordered a Makita hedge trimmer on Wednesday afternoon and it arrived on Friday morning. Given that this is on the run up to Christmas and the weather is poor, I rate this as exceptional service. TW Wholesale even provided me with a proper invoice.
Well done also to DX Express (who I hadn't previously heard of) for the logistics!

My email enquiry regarding an item purchased from them was dealt with immediately and successfully. Very impressed, this sort of response is rare nowadays. A company to recommend.

Absolutely shocking experience buying from them. Sent me Sika Fast Fix which was going out of date. They refused to acknowledge that they should have listed it as such on their website and have said I will have to pay for return postage which, due to the weight will be £50. I have have to get trading standards involved who have confirmed they should have listed it on their site. It was the first time I bought from them, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They're cheap for a reason!

Ordered an item to be delivered within 2 days. Never received , complained and got no explanation . Will not use again and I find it quite disturbing how a business can run like this and not put customer satisfaction first. Disappointing

Poor customer service; emailed, filled in their online web contact form and no reply. Was trying to find out when to expect delivery of the item. Got an email acknowledgment they'd got the order and a paid, but no delivery information. Goods arrived barely in time.

Awful communication. Paid for next day delivery with tracking information. No tracking information received whatsoever and when called customer service was told the person responsible for tracking information was on holiday. Ridiculous.

I found their customer service excellent. Unfortunately my item never arrived but that was the courier's fault (DX). Daryl was very helpful and cancelled my order, refunding my payment immediately. Hopefully in view of the terrible reviews of DX, they will use a different courier in future.

Glad I didn't listen to the reviews. I have ordered a few times in the last month from this company and on both occasions got the items cheaper than anywhere else and despite selecting the free delivery service received both order the next day. Slick experience on both occasions, take the poor reviews with a pinch of salt, maybe they were dealing with supply chain issues like EVERYONE else over the last 1-2 years!

I never received my item, and they don't reply your emails simply they don't care AVOID THIS shop
