Excellent install, very informative….
Would recommend to anybody without hesitation!

It's now 12 weeks since UK Alt fitted our heat pump. Absolutely delighted with it, I wanted to wait for a cold snap before reviewing and it's done the job brilliantly.
The whole team were professional, timely and, in the case of our fitter, Steve, incredibly talented. Can't thank everyone enough.

From beginning the process of having an Air source heat pump was explained and we were kept informed at all stages. Special mention to Dan Cadd who project managed the project and Alex ,who fitted the system. They worked tirelessly to ensure everything worked well.
The work of this company is excellent and I would recommend them to anyone.

UK Alternative Energy supported me from end to end with my install of a Tesla Powerwall 3 and 16 x Solar panels for my roof. During the process the expertise of not just the sales team but also the install team really shone through. I was kept informed all along and literally everything was done for me, including paperwork to allow me to sell spare units back to the grid. I cannot recommend these guys enough, they were consummate professionals and I would recommend them to anyone.

Knowing that the total package of solar, air source, hot water, underfloor and radiator heating was in the hands of one supplier on our self build project, gave us a lot of confidence with using their services. Our confidence was well and truly placed by their installation and after sales service.

I contacted this Company through a recommendation by one of their associates and asked them to service my solar panels which they arranged to do promptly. They are professional and efficient so will use them again plus they are local which is always a plus.

From the outset the sales staff were very helpful and patient when we refined our requirements as we learned more about the available system elements, based on their guidance and knowledge. The installation team was polite, efficient and professional. Everything, so far, has been excellent. Highly recommended.

For several years UK Alternative Energy have serviced and maintained my air source heat. This year they installed and commissioned an energy storage battery that enables me to optimise energy developed through my PV solar panels.
From the point of requesting a quotation through to commissioning the battery, their service was exemplary. The initial contact, who visited our home and assessed our request, was thorough and explained in strong detail the features and benefits of the product without pressure or prejudice. Within the week, on the basis of the information provided we decided to purchase. A timescale for delivery, installation and payment was discussed and at the appointed date and time two engineers arrived to fit the battery. What particularly impressed, as much as the standard of work, was the attention to communication. The men consulted with us regarding positioning of the unit, then explained how they would install the battery and gateway control. Having completed the installation they then took time to explain how the unit should be operated and controlled using a very clever phone app. The handover was very hands on and supportive. Finally we were advised, very reassuringly, not to hesitate in contacting UKAE should we have any further questions or concerns. Perhaps the best way to describe our experience would be to say I cannot think of anything more they could have done to make it better.

Excellent quality workmanship to a very high standard - this is the 3rd time I have used this company to install equipment at my home. Courteous, good-humoured, professional installation staff (Steve & Tom) who did an excellent job. They took great care when working at my property and cleaned-up afterwards to a very high standard. I highly recommend this company.

We used UK Alternative Energy for a large 350Kw solar system on our 3 factory buildings. From start to finish they were easy to deal with, the work was to a far higher standard than I expected and the guys on site conducted themselves professionally.
The system we have ended up with has exceeded my expectations and on the whole would say the experience has been excellent.

From start to finish, the friendliness, professionalism and care were all excellent. This local Lincoln firm provided me with all the information required to make an informed choice about the solar system that was right for me. No sales pressure at all. The installation was carried out as scheduled and everywhere was left clean and tidy.

Apart from communications problems initially which may have been down to us being abroad, the whole sales and installation went really well. I do have a slight observation that since installation no one has reached out to me with any user documentation or warranty information regarding levels of maintenance and service. Does the system require any through life maintenance by user/installer?

The company have just installed 12 PV panels and an Eddi for me. I didn’t look for quotes with other companies because I’ve had a very positive experience with them over the last three years. My Panasonic heat pump and underfloor heating was installed over two years ago and I have recently had my second service.
My electricians who were involved with my renovation complimented the Uk Alternative Energy electricians on the quality and neatness of their work.
These have been big undertakings for me. In both projects there has been some miscommunications and maybe because the company is understandably expanding, there are examples of internal miscommunication. However, they have addressed all issues professionally. All of the staff are so lovely and committed - from Lee, the designer; Jo, the office administrator and all the field staff.
I would really recommend these guys - such a breath of fresh air.

They just did an excellent job from start to finish. I am really pleased with the outcome.
