Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're really sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. At UKIM, we try our best to deliver excellent customer service, but we know that sometimes things can and do go wrong.

We have over 3000 medical expert witnesses on our panel. Each expert is subcontracted and all are qualified and registered with their professional body (such as the General Medical Council). Each medical report is checked by our internal admin team prior to despatch. Our report checks are based on the Civil Procedure Rules Part and Practice Direction 35 in addition to the Civil Justice Council guidance for experts.

Any disputes or concerns about a report can be reviewed by our Chief Medical Officer who is a registered A&E consultant and has over 15 years’ experience as an expert witness.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are really sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. At UKIM, we try our best to deliver excellent customer service, but we know that sometimes things can and do go wrong.

On review of your case, it appears that you tried to make contact with us on New Years Day, when our offices were closed. We do understand however that you spoke with one of our case handlers yesterday (2nd January) and successfully changed your medical appointment.

We can see that you have updated your review since our initial response to state that your complaint was ignored. At UKIM we have a strict complaints policy in place. If there has been an issue with the way your complaint has been handled then we would like to investigate this for you.
