We have just taken delivery of a Fiat Ducato through UK Vans Direct. Throughout the process we dealt with James who was exemplary throughout.
I would highly recommend this company, nothing was too much trouble for James, even replying to my questions when he was on holiday.

I was very sceptical and nervous about making such a large purchase with a company I had no experience with. I did my own background research and called a few companies who had photos of their sign written vans on the reviews. That was helpful, as was speaking with my bank.
James was professional throughout and patiently dealt with my concerns.
The process was simple and as described. my van was delivered on the back of a small transporter from Wales, a bit dirty from the journey but otherwise all as ordered. My log book arrived three months later as promised.
Cant fault the service (I dealt with James Mason as have many) and the price was very competitive.
So if youre reading this wondering, "is this company safe and legit?" as I did, then hopefully this review will reassure you. I am a sole trader and a genuine buyer and i'd be happy to recommend UK Vans Direct to you.

I purchased a new van for my business through UK Vans Direct. Their offer was the best I could find and whilst it took 6 months from paying my initial deposit it was worth the wait.

James Mason kept me updated throughout. When he couldn't take a call (as he's super busy with other clients) he always returned my call and kept me informed throughout the process.

I have to admit it was a leap of faith transferring cash over in advance, but all the due diligence checks came back positive. And to their credit the van was delivered, exactly as specified on the day agreed.

Purchased a new van which we are very pleased with, the communication whilst buying the vehicle was first class, and James was excellent to deal with.

Very efficient, was slightly concerned and probably overly high maintenance as I had spotted a couple of bad reviews. There was a delay, however a Director took the time to call me and reassure me that the vans would arrive and the delay was down to Fiat at the docks, not UK Van Direct. Was given a new delivery date and all 4 turned up as promised. Would highly recommend.

I purchased a Ford Transit Custom from UK Vans Direct, I was informed of estimated delivery date when placing order, James Mason kept in touch during pre- delivery & delivery date was as anticipated. I had not dealt with this company before & was a little nervous for this reason, but I found dealing with James an absolutely pleasure and the whole process was faultless. My van is superb & I cannot recommend this company enough

I ordered a van from UK Vans Direct in July 2021 and paid £500 deposit for a ford transit custom to be delivered Sept/October 2021, I never received any updates from them until I chased them up towards the end of August to be told there was delays and it would now be a November delivery, I called them again in November to be told it would now be December delivery. February 2022 and I chased them up again to be told Ford UK had cancelled all the 2021 orders and if I wanted to order again it would be at 2022 prices for delivery at the end 2022. The company are currently advertising ford transit custom vans for delivery Feb/March 2022. This company is a waste of time and I would recommend to order your new van elsewhere. If I could leave no stars I would have done but unfortunately this is not possible.
I will also be contacting West Yorkshire Trading Standards to report Uk vans direct
and would suggest anyone else who has been let down by this company to do the same.

Far from happy, had an order with them since May 2021, was informed, my Ford transit van was coming on numerous occasions, my order was cancelled by the company in February 2022, stating they could not get deliveries from the Ford factory. Then on their website, the very same day. The company had advertisements for Ford transit vans for immediate delivery at 2022 prices.
