a poorly-operated front company with no contact details
Ordered a freezer drawer front from this outfit. After a week they sent the wrong part, no phone number on the website, sent an email but it bounced with "quota exceeded". Avoid like the plague, these people are charlatans. The parcel had tape marked "partscentre.co.uk" and the return address was "qualtex uk" so ukwhitegoods is just a front, and a badly-operated one at that.
I've submitted a request on their web form, but heard nothing. I expect I will be asking my card company for a refund.
Their website has a photo of the partscentre warehouse with "ukwhitegoods" crudely photoshopped over it; deceptive practices taking us for mugs.
Wrong dishwasher basket received
Wrong dishwasher basket received. Multiple emails sent have been ignored. Followed the instructions to do a returns, filled in the online form 5 times to which a pop up reply came, they will get back to me shortly. No!
Returns have to be initiated by them, within 14 days. It's been over 3 weeks and had no reply from anything. I am £74 out of pocket and a basket that is no good.

You go through the effort of checking model numbers etc and then it tells you it can no longer take orders. Presumably they've gone out of business?
They need to shut down their website and put up a message to this effect. They point you in the direction of PartMaster but you then have to start the whole search again!

Ordered a salad drawer in July but never received it. Asked for an update a week later, and they said it was out of stock. Asked for an update a month later and they'd "gone into administration" and couldn't offer any refunds as their staff had been made redundant. Do not order through this company.
Paid this company £99 for a replacement…
Paid this company £99 for a replacement ice maker for our fridge freezer. Two weeks later they emailed saying their supplier had not sent the item. Two weeks after that they kindly tell me that they have gone in to liquidation. They are still advertising so don’t buy from them,you will be throwing your money away. Thankfully I used PayPal so should get a refund.
Avoid, no communication, useless
Ordered a part on 22/07/24, received an order confirmation. More than a week goes by with no shipping or delivery update. I contacted them asking for an update, they promptly responded saying they've gone into administration, saying they can't help with a refund and they're "very sorry". Convenient they've gone into administration the same day I request an update. Definitely wouldn't have received any communication from them unless I contacted them first. Fake apologies and crap service. I'm expecting a humorous, embarrassing and rude reply from them to this review. Avoid

I ordered a new pump for my washing machine and received it next day. Unfortunately, it had been damaged in transit by the Royal Mail (in fairness, it could have been packed better, something I'm sure UK Whitegoods will address). I contacted UKWhiteGoods and they sent out a replacement without any fuss. The replacement was far more securely packed and took a bit longer to get here but I wasn't in any desperate rush so it wasn't a massive issue.
I can only put so many negative reviews down to the fact that people are quicker to complain than they are to praise. I have used this company in the past and will use again. They are a reputable company, prices are good, service is good and in my experience, they respond quickly to emails.
No order received, no communication from company
Ordered a Part for a washing machine which did not arrive. No response from this company to my 3 e mails.
Listed telephone number of company not recognised?? Chat box did not respond to my query. Apalling lack of communication and non receipt of part led me to reclaim a refund via PayPal and funny enough a surprise e mail from the company confirming the credit!!

UK White Goods delivered EXACTLY what I asked for.
My washer dryer is quite old but UK White Goods came up with Genuine replacement parts. Brilliant.
Zero updates. Poor communication.
I ordered a replacement washing machine door which showed in stock on their website.
After chasing them 3 times (no updates from them about a delay), more than a month had passed and on my latest I was advised they can't obtain the part and have issued a refund.
I understand there are delays with suppliers, but UK White Goods could improve by being proactive with communication. Also, their phone number is never answered, so email appears to be the only channel of communication which is poor.
I'll now begin my order again from a different supplier having wasted a month with a non functional washing machine!

I ordered a freezer flap on 28/02 which has never arrived to date. I contacted the “support” email to be told on 15/03 that it’s coming from France and they have no control over this and that’s just how this business is, quite arrogant really. They don’t give regular updates, it’s now 10/04 and still no item or update. I have requested a refund, so we’ll see how that pans out before trading standards are contacted. Very poor service indeed.

Reading some of the negative reviews left,I think a lot is down to customers own fault ordering wrong parts.our logic led light fridge freezer went down and ordered off website.doublechecked that the part shown was compatible firstly for the fridge ,then double-checked that the part numbers matched(led light that went down--SW-BX02B-65X19.5X1.6mm-A02(B)).part ordered SW-BX02B-65X19.5X1.6mm-A03(B). guess what!!!. the light fitted and worked fine..thanks to UK white goods for sending out well packaged and protected.its not the companies fault if people don't completely double check they have ordered the part.One very happy customer here👍.also part arrived exactly in timeframe given.
No goods received, no communication!
Order #1000388462 placed on 7th February, suppose to arrive between 12th and 19th and no sign of delivery.
Engineer booked for 20th the only way to contact these people is via email... No communication, so might as well paid £73 for nothing...
Update: Got response to my enquiry email: item being only just despatched, it might take another 5 days, so nearly 3 weeks...
