Hey Lu , your engineer come at 17.11 instead of 1.00 or 1.30 pm. Work should have not taken more then half an hour , taken 1 1/2 to complete . He kept on saying water pressure low, he wasted time to make more money.I had new water meter fitted by Thames water & there checked all the pipes & water pressure. He charged £388.50 by wasting time. I know how long takes to complete this job. I hope you can train your engineers to stop fooling people by lying about the water pressure & wasting time to make more money , I will not recommend your company or leave any good reviews. Very bad service . Pls do not use this company ,

I had a badly blocked drain in my yard. Aza arrived promptly and worked very hard with lengthy power jets and eventually strong chemicals to eventually perfectly clear the drain. He was friendly, cheerful and very efficient.

This blockage was a challenging job but
Mr Craig Benton handled the situation without any problems whatsoever. Would highly recommend this company this gentleman to anyone.

Terrible service. 2 guys showed up which immediately doubles price. You get charged by 30 min and any extra bits on top! Problem wasn’t fixed and I am £720 poorer. Absolute joke
